Margarita
Ingredients
1  1/2  oz Tequila Quiote
1/2 oz triple sec
Dash of lemon or lime juice
3 oz Sour Mix
Lime wedge for garnish
Salt or sugar to rim the glass
Preparation
1. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass.
4. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass.
5. Garnish with the lime wedge.
One Hot Minute
Ingredients
1 - 3/4 oz.  Lluvia de Estrellas Tequila
2 oz. cucumber and apple juice puree
1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
1/4 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup
1 tsp Tabasco green jalapeno pepper sauce
Preparation
1. Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
2. Garnish with thin cucumber slices fanned and one chile pepper placed on the side of the glass.
3. For cucumber and apple juice puree:
Take one cucumber and peel off skin. Cut the cucumber into slices. Place in a blender and blend into a puree. Mix equal parts cucumber puree with unfiltered apple juice.
Margarita Sunrise
Ingredients
4 oz orange juice
2 oz Tequila El Toril
1/2 oz grenadine
Orange slice for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation
1. Pour Tequila 'El Toril' and the orange juice into a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir.
3. Slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of  the glass, it will sink and slowly rise to mix with the other ingredients naturally. Then garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
Straight Tequila
Ingredients
2-3 oz Tequila Anejo Don Anastacio
Lime
1 pinch of salt (if desired)
Preparation
1. Take a straight sip of Tequila Anejo Don Anastacio
2. Enjoy the after taste
3. Bite the lemon
