Indiana Critic and the Pimple of Doom is the 10th film created by SGF. It is not exactly a sequel to Indiana Critic and The Raiders of the Lost Mark, but rather more of another story about Indy's adventures.
The movie begins with a scene of a restuarant on Dantooine. Indy meets a man with a big pimple and trades the remains of an old guy for some money. The Pimple Man requests his money back, but Indy won't do that, so the Pimple's powers are used for the first time on Indy. He knocks the pimple off of the man's face before he is knocked out, and then there is an SGF landmark fight scene. The Pimple Man flees with his pimple and the remains while Indy's friend Marcus Critic comes with a tractor and gives Indy a ride. They are separated however, and Indy looks for a place to stay the night. He finds an Indian Village gets himself into a fight. His opponent has a heart attack and he becomes the new Indian Champion. Marcus, who now drives a bus because his tractor broke down, comes to the Indian Village. He meets up with Indy and they spend the night. The chief of the village talks to Indy while Remo, a little Indian boy, takes Marcus to his room. The chief tells Indy that Pimple Man took the Village Elder's head, and as the Chosen One Indy must get the old man's head back. If he doesn't then the Pimple Man will mix the Elder's head with various remains to create a genie, who will give ultimate powers to the Pimple Man's pimple. Then he will rule all of Dantooine. Indy and Marcus train for their future adventure. Indy's conscience tells him one day that he must leave the village and go to the Pimple Temple. Indy and Marcus leave and they travel to the temple. On the way there is an excellent shootout between Indy, Marcus, and the Pimple Man's guards. After that they reach the temple and enter. They find Remo in there. Then the Pimple Man comes and they hide. Pimple Guy sees them. Remo holds him off while Indy and Marcus run deeper into the temple, and dies valiantly. Indy and Marcus stop to have a sad moment, but then they find the Elder's head. They put it in a backpack and split up. Marcus overcomes some more guards as Indy faces off with the Pimple Dude. He pops the pimple and the Pimple Man dies. Indy and Marcus return to the Indian Village and return the Elder's head. Everyone is reunited and happy, so Indy runs off in his classic Indy exit of running, stumbling, and falling. Our hero runs off into the distance and the invisible credits role.
This movie is rated HF for Highly Funny! It is both hilarious and entertaining. It contains partial comercials for a French CD by Och Ne Veu and some pimple popping devices. Included at the end are some bloopers, ranking this film as #1 in many viewers' minds. This is not a film to miss out on! |
