Peter Brown and Patrick Adams had a stable of labels they used to pump out their releases in the 70s and early 80s - Chocolate Star, Clarence Music, Destiny, Funk Groove, Georgia Peach, Gilyard, Golden Flamingo, Heavenly Star, Hit Makers, Hit Makers Of America, Jody, La Shawn, Land Of Hits, Lonnie, P&P, PAP, Picser, Pooky, Queen Constance, Sound Of Gold, Sound Of New York, Sound Of The Universe, Spectrum, Still Rising, Swanp/PAP, Today And Tomorrow, Tree Line. Tyson. Most of the master tapes are lost, anything rereleased now is likely to have been mastered from vinyl. You'll have to dig deep if you want the originals.
