Are you having problems opening those pesky pull tabs that are on just about every can from cooking broth to condensed soup now days? 

A cheap and easy way to get them to pop open without a major fight is to slip a ring under the tab, hook your finger through the ring, and use the ring for leverage to pop the top of the can.
