EXTRACTS IN CHINESE HERBS
LINKED TO KIDNEY CANCER

Chinese herbal medicines
Cancer. The very word strikes fear into the hearts of many. But did you know that taking medicine can give you the dreaded disease. This is according to Dr. Graham Lord of Hammersmith Hospital in London.

Dr. Lord also says that an arstolochic acid found in some herbal medicines have been linked to kidney cancer.

Doctors warn about the risks of taking any Chinese herbal medicine with a plant extract.

A plant extract was present in a cancerous tumor removed from a British woman who took medicine with the plant extract present for two years.

USA had already taking action in preventing the extract, which has already been banned, by other countries. USA health officials strongly advise not to take Chinese herbal medicines or dietary supplements.
