The X-Files is a long running television series created by
Chris Carter. For nine seasons the show, revolving around a pair of FBI
Agents searching for the truth behind unexplained cases involving alien
abductions and other supernatural events, captivated audiences.
FBI criminal profiler Fox Mulder, whose sister was
abducted by aliens when he was a child, teamed up with his skeptical
partner Dana Scully back in 1993. Scully, a medical doctor, assisted
Mulder with his tireless and uncompromising search for the truth. The
truth would involve decades long conspiracy in the government to hide the
strange occurrences leading to an eventual alien colonization of the
Earth.
