To: His Reverence the Grand Mufti of (K.S.A.) Sheik Abdul Aziz Bin Baz

In the name of Allah, Master of the universe, and Peace be upon our Messenger, the faithful mentor, our Prophet Mohammad. Peace be upon him, his family, his companions and those who follow his guidance to the last day.

Allah (S.W.T.) says: 'Kings, when they enter a country, despoil it, and make the noblest of its people its meanest, thus do they behave.'

His Reverence Sheik Bin Baz, thirteen years ago, to be exact on 13th of June, 1983 A.D. corresponding to 21 Shaban 1402 A.H., our people gave you the trust of 'the pledge of allegiance' after the death of the chaste king Khaled may the mercy of Allah be upon him. And because Allah has warned us that 'Tumult and oppression are worse that slaughter', every one adhered to that 'pledge' because of religious as well as rational reasons despite the fact that his brother Fahd was not up to the hopes and aspirations of many people who knew him, especially his relatives, and especially after his appointment as Interior Minister on 13 October 1962 A.D. (1382 A.H.). This tyrant king did not try to dispel the doubts about him and his brothers Nayef and Salman, especially their suspected role in the assassination of King Faisal on 13 Rabi Awal 1395 A.H. (March 1975) after he King Faisal - put forward a serious proposal laying down conditions for the selection of rulers from the ruling family. Such a move by King Faisal did not bode well for Fahd, especially since King Faisal has previously deposed his brother Saud on 27 Jumada 11 1384 A.H. So Fahd was directly involved in embroiling Faisal Bin Musaed and his American girl friend (Barbara Sherman) in a drugs addiction and dealing problem during his study in the U.S.A. He also supervised from the place of his stay in Waldorf Astoria hotel the transfer of Faisal Bin Musaed aboard his private jet from New York airport. Then he pressed for an order banning Faisal Bin Musaed from travel abroad for two years. He also helped Bin Musaed be in the presence of King Faisal while armed with a loaded pistol, despite the fact that Bin Musaed was registered as the brother of Khaled Bin Musaed who was killed during the attack on the television building. Finally, he closed the file of enquiry regarding the assassination of King Faisal in a suspiciously short time. He also caused the death of his brother Khaled who died out of distress after learning from the third Islamic summit in Makkah in 1401 A.H. that his government has supported a civil war in a Muslim country.

Allah (S.W.T.) says: 'O' ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterward become full of repentance for what ye have done.'

We the undersigned know will that you and who ever looks at this document do not accept claims without proof and can only accept facts and we share you this view. We do not have till now any documentary proof of everything that was mentioned earlier. But since the Allah has tried us with this mob - Fahd and his clan - a group of decent people from our nation have in secret and in public gathered to slow down the decline of our country both at an internal and an external level. To participate was the least we could do to help our country, we established a secret peaceful society named 'Man and Peace' on 9 Ramadan 1407 A.H. Our only legitimate aim is to affect reform by enlightened work away from ambiguity, grudges and personal interests. This is the first public statement we have made since our foundation where our efforts were concentrated for such a day.

We announce that with Allah's Grace we have managed since that day to obtain 13719 secret documents with their original stamps and signed Documents incoming and outgoing from the Prime Ministers office, ministries defense, exterior, interior and the secret service (General Intelligence Dept) documents were collected by patriot citizens of our country without the directly or indirectly from a foreign country.

We enclose some of these documents which leave no doubt that this m working hard to destroy the country at two levels:

First Stir internal differences that will result in splitting the country, God forbid. This is done by inventing enmities between the one people on sectarian grounds sometimes between the Shia and the Sunnah, others between Hanbail, Maliki Shafi' schools of thought, tribal feuds and regional feuds. To the extent of employing extremists from various groups to act in a way that will only take the society back to pre-Islamic feuds. Government money is being spent on such projects instead of being spent to create an atmosphere of harmony and unity.

Second.- Embroiling the state at government and at people's levels in wars enmities with Muslim countries, both Arab and non-Arab, is forcing the stat enter into nuclear agreements that are not accepted by Muslim government people. This is not to mention putting the whole region under the mercy of nuclear fleets.

We pledge, with Allah as our witness and all the sincere people establishments of our people that we will be fully responsible for the security and the secrecy of these documents and we will not publish anything that endanger our security and sovereignty. We further emphasise that our group has no personal goals, political, economic or social. Therefore we will only publish f time to time things that will help achieve the demands of our preserving peo which are:

1. The implementation of clause B in article 5 of the constitution of government issued under reference number (a/90) on 27 Sha'ban 1412 A.H. under di supervision of the Shura Council according to the \ second article of construction of the Shura council issued on 27 Sha'ban 1412 A.H.

2. The cancellation of all that could help the disintegration of our society in any way and to clean up the government departments from all systems that cause such tragedies especially the education and media departments.

3. Refraining from entering into any unlimited and permanent international agreements especially nuclear agreements and refusing to make our Iand dumping or testing round for nuclear and other weapons.

4. Announcing that this year's Hajj is the last one where the number of pilgrim is limited, because Muslims are sick and tired of the quotas system that limits number of pilgrims accepted every year and that decreases year after year, no matter what the excuses may be, political, security related or otherwise. Our holy places should not be used as an arena for political games with other countries.

5. The fair distribution of wealth and power by cancelling all the rules that protect monopolies and immediately stopping any special family privileges and the immediate implementation of the following:

(a) The compensation of all state employees, both civilian and military, for the unfair treatment they got since the 'pledge'. Since then they had no salary increases despite the fact that the price of commodities and services increase continuously, which means that the salaries should be increased by at least 150% to meet these price increases.

lb) Fighting the ills in our society that cause discrimination against women. Women are our mothers, sister, wives and daughters. Any woman who has two children or more, or who looks after a disabled person should be paid at least SR75000.

(c) The release of all state prisoners, political and others including foreign prisoners.

His reverence Sheik Bin Baz, we share you your prayer to Allah to save our country and the Muslim Ummah from the tortures of tumult. Our faithful people put it upon your shoulders again to work for the realisation of their legitimate demands as they have almost lost patience with this mob who understood their perseverance as cowardliness, and their silence as acceptance.

We pray Allah, then we ask you and all sincere people in our nation to work for regaining those rights before the end of this year and before those who are spiteful of our people become active. Disturbing the security inside the country does not take as much as the security agencies would like us to believe. It is no exaggeration to say that security cannot be achieved without justice. Disturbing the peace would take no more than a few matches to light up some oil or fuel installations, some burning tyres, stones and oil on the highways to cripple transport and as to the crowds of Hajj and Umrah, it would only require a few spiteful people who are sick in the spirit or after money to turn the event into a disaster.

May Allah protect us all from the tyrants and the spiteful and let us all work according to Allah's orders where He says: 'O Mankind! We created you from a single [pair] of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other, verily the most honoured amongst you in the sight of God is [he who is] the most righteous of you.'

We ask Allah (S.W.T.] to make our intentions sincere, our heart pure, our resolve strong and our work blessed. peace and prayers be upon our Prophets, his family and his companions.
