THE SCORES HAVE BEEN ATTAINED USING DOCUMENTED FACTS.
DIRECT OR INDIRECT INVOLVEMENT CAN AFFECT THE
SCORE AS HIGH AS ONE POINT. |
SCORE |
MURDER : A bomb was
placed in Beirut with the full coordination and financing of Bandar aiming
at killing Sheikh Fadllalah killed instead 80 innocent bystanders the
majority of which were women and children. |
10 |
EMBEZZLEMENT : Bandar
has embezzled funds that belong to the people of Saudi Arabia. These funds
were obtained by overpricing military contracts in the United States and
Britain. Kickbacks to Bandar are valued in the hundreds of millions of
Dollars. His uncle King Fahd has ordered these kickbacks and was
personally generous to Bandar on the backs of the Saudi people who have
the right to these funds in the form of "Equal Wealth
Distribution" |
9 |
BRIBERY : Diplomatic
cases full of cash have been interceded coming into the United States
according to Saudi Diplomats who have seeked political asylum in the
United States and Britain. These funds are being used to facilitate
Bandar's job in Washington. Since we still do not have direct documented
facts of Bandar's bribing anyone, our score has been compiled taking into
account that fact. |
8½ |
DEFRAUD : At one point,
the Embassy of Saudi Arabia's annual budget was $1.3 billion a year. This
has decreased since to $700 million because of financial problems. Of that
amount, Bandar defrauds the Saudi Government to the tune of $300 million a
year which he pockets personnaly. Non plausible explanations to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs have created tensions with the Ministry's
staff, Prince Saud al-Faisal and Bandar. |
9½ |
RACKETEER : Bandar has
used arm twisting tactics to get his wishes fulfilled. Some of these
tactics involved obtaining illegal requests and favors using extortion and
racketeering. No documented one incident is available to report. These
facts have been obtained by Saudi diplomats who have defected. |
8 |
CO-MINGLE : Bandar's
lavish parties and personal expenses are all paid by the Saudi government
using the Embassy's budget. Live tigers and unusual stars have all been
spotted on the Embassy's residence property courtesy of the people of
Saudi Arabia. Even his $25,000 a suit by Bijan are paid for by the
government. As a rule of thumb, an al-Saud departs from the idea that the
oil is theirs and what remains after attending to their personal needs
belongs to the government and the people of Saudi Arabia. Bandar is no
exception to this rule. |
10 |
MONOPOLY : Bandar has,
at one point, tried to monopolize the al-Yamamah contract's lucrative
kikcbacks by attempting to keep his brother the great General Khaled from
sharing with him the loot. This did not work because Fahd wanted his son
Abdul Aziz on the act. So did Sultan and Khaled. Another monoploizing
incident Bandar is accused of by his fellow Arab Ambassadors in Washington
is control of their government's agenda as Dean of Ambassadors in
Washington. |
8½ |
CONSPIRICY : Every
decision Bandar makes, there is a conspiring flavor attached to it. When
he agreed to finance the Iran-Contras, when he dirtied his hands in
Lebanon, when he stole US companies' money, when he obtained kickbacks
from military contracts, when he cohorted with US business executives
using an NFL sport team' s owner contacts. There is a conspiracy always
going on in the life of Bandar. It is his style, his life, his values and
morals. If Mother Teresa is at the North Pole, Bandar is at the South
Pole. |
10 |
CORRUPTION : This general term is the essence of this scoreboard. The
cumulative effect on the Saudi Society with Bandar's actions and reactions
is what is scored here. The outcome of his decisions, policies, acts,
performance as a politician are compiled and scored here. The score reflects what Saudi Arabia thinks of Bandar. |
10 |
DEBAUCHERY: Just ask the limousine drivers that have worked the
Washington scene and they will tell you of Bandar's debauchery, high
priced call girls, late night orgies, and harem after harem of women whose
presence is induced by oil money. |
