DECEMBER 16, 1996 :
Rumors has it that Salman bin Abdul Aziz has asked Bandar bin Sultan to
take over the Ambassadorial operations in the United Kingdom after the
departure of the poet al-Gosaibi from that post. Bandar under this
arrangement will continue to be the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the
United States. Prince Saud, our Foreign Affairs Minister, has condemned
the idea because of further erosion to his position. Bandar thinks it is a
good idea since they have used British companies to bypass the US Congress
Foreign Corrupt Act and controlling both Ambassadorial positions is a
natural evolution to his primary task, which is enriching his father and
himself using kickbacks.
DECEMBER 16, 1996 : During
the recent GCC conference in Doha, QATAR, the country of Bahrain boycotted
the session under because of disagreements with Qatar. Crown Prince
Abdullah of Saudi Arabia headed the conference. CACSA has learned that
Prince Sultan has asked the Bahrainis to boycott the conference which they
did. Sultan's aim : to discredit Abdullah regionally and show his lack of
leadership in preparation of Abdullah's taking over after Fahd's imminent
death.
DECEMBER 11, 1996 : It
is no longer a hidden fact. Saudi Arabia wants the US to start a
war with Iran. Not that Iran has been behaving properly because their
deeds require a strong response, but to initiate another war or skirmish
in the Middle East today is unproductive and can cause an imbalance in the
equation. Just remember that Saudi Arabia has : 1) financed and encouraged
the war between Iraq and Iran. 2) started the war in Yemen. 3) almost
invaded Qatar. 4) was asked to lay off Jordan. 5) and now is attempting to
bring more American troops to strike at Iran. When will it all end with
this family ? What needs to happen to please their alter ego beyond to
what they have already done to the economy and future of Saudi Arabia. Please
write your congressman to help counter balance this new war mongering by
Saudi Arabia.
DECEMBER 4, 1996 : It is
rumored that Bandar bin Sultan is marrying his daughter to the son of
Prince Turki bin Faisal, the head of Intelligence in Saudi Arabia. The
groom is the bride's cousin. Two airplanes have been chartered to carry
just the Washington invitees to Saudi Arabia for the wedding. We wish the
bride and the groom a bright and happy future. Now, can we ask the bride's
father and the groom's father-in-law what gives him the right to spend
public money on personal matters ?
DECEMBER 1, 1996 : While
Perry visited Saudi Arabia to discuss terrorism and protection of US
troops, Prince Naef, in order to show resolve to solving the problem of
terrorism, resorted to the total fabrication of documents indicating a
pre-imminent terrorists attack on US troops. Perry, impressed with Naef's
ingenuity, reported to the US media that American-Saudi cooperation have
averted another attack on
US soldiers in Saudi Arabia. In order for Naef to create his staged
attack, he resorted to actually arresting and imprisoning innocent Saudis
not at all involved in any political activities nor party and whose lives
are unimportant to the Sudeiri seven. These people languish in Saudi jails
and are subjected to Saudi torture . Who gave the idea to Naef to stage
this comedy ? None other than Bandar bin Sultan. The story above was
received as a tip from within Saudi Arabia. Please help us get the message
to the media about Sudeiri seven abuses and lies.
Your Highness:
When are you going to stop abuse of public funds ?
DO YOU REALLY THINK HAFEZ AL-ASSAD OR HOSNI MUBARAK CARE ABOUT YOUR
ENCYCLOPAEDIA
NOVEMBER 23, 1996 : CACSA has
learned through reliable sources in Saudi Arabia that Bandar bin Sultan
wants to shut down our site and fully assuming the risks of doing so
whether it becomes public or not. The White House, Congress,
Senate, foreign leaders and coming soon the media, the UN, US Corporations
are being or will be reached by our message and e-mail system.
Intelligence reports are pouring into Riyadh from all around the world
giving tidbits of information and reporting on our existence. Faced with
dissent and weakening control of their friends, Ambassadors, and allies,
al-Saud will
resort to whatever means available to stop CACSA and to stop us from
telling their true story.
NOVEMBER 23, 1996 : The
visit to Saudi Arabia by FBI Director Freeh comes at the heels of a new
and stronger unity by the al-Saud clan that has been managed and
orchestrated by Prince Salman. With the senior and powerful princes
agreeing on being united after the tremendous pressure exerted by the
world community and the infallible news reports predicting trouble ahead
for the royal family, new and self secure royal family is emerging ready
to open up more to the United States and to
deliver on promises made by Bandar bin Sultan.
NOVEMBER 23, 1996 : Freeh's
visit to Saudi Arabia prior to the appointment of the US Secretary of
State is quite unusual given that the US policy towards Iran is under
discussion and scrutiny. Either the Saudis have truly uncovered an Iranian
connection and are trying to influence the US policy or the US pressure
has been too great for the powerful controlling princes to resist.
Whatever the case, we expect Freeh to come back and declare a successful
trip that has enhanced the future relationship of the US and Saudi Arabia
NOVEMBER 13, 1996 : In
recent weeks, CACSA has learned that pressure has been put on al-Saud to
back off from accusing Iran as the culprit and financier of the recent
wave of bombings in Saudi Arabia. The United States is looking into
possibilities of opening the dialogue with Iran which scares to death the
Sudeiri seven. This change of heart is a new influence within the US State
department that considers the dual containment policy of the last few
years as a failure. For this reason, any public finger pointing at Iran
would not only be counter productive at this moment in time but will force
the United States to respond to Iran with some kind of retaliation. The
Sudeiri seven leaked information to a Lebanese newspaper about an Iranian
connection to divert the United States from further friendly attempts at
rapprochement and the Sudeiri introduced a Syrian connection to tame
Prince Abdullah who is next in line to the throne and a known friend of
Syria. What al-Sudeiri wanted to accomplish is an atmosphere of mistrust
that will prevent rapprochement with Iran by the United States and would
put Abdullah on the defensive on his public foreign policy. CACSA has also
learned that there is a concerted effort by the Sudeiri seven to control
their destiny and stay in total control of the government by setting aside
their differences in these difficult times.
NOVEMBER 8, 1996 : With all
the financial and terrorism problems Saudi Arabia is having, Prince Sultan
just sent Prince Mishaal bin Mussae'd as an envoy to visit with Arab
leaders using a Saudi Airlines jet privately arranged to carry His
Highness on his trip. CACSA learned that the purpose for these sudden
trips by a junior prince in the al-Saud clan is to promote an Arabic
Encyclopaedia that has been sponsored by Sultan and in which Arab history
was re-written to suit and promote the al-Saud. Our national per capita
income has dropped to poverty levels and all Prince Sultan can think of is
to promote books he has sponsored using public funds and transportation to
do so. CACSA would like to give Prince Sultan a piece of advise which we
rarely do : YOUR HIGHNESS, DO YOU REALLY THINK HAFEZ AL-ASSAD OR
HOSNI MUBARAK CARE ABOUT YOUR ENCYCLOPAEDIA OR
YOUR IDEAS ? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO STOP THE ABUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS ?
NOVEMBER 6, 1996 : CACSA has
learned that Saudi Ambassador to the US Bandar bin Sultan has been using
front men for years to donate funds to US election campaigns involving
Senators and Congressmen. These front men are al-Saud trusted people who
have built their wealth and their influence riding the oil boom of the
late seventies in Saudi Arabia. They did it in France using Ali bin
Mussallam and $18 million donation to French Presidential elections. Bandar
meets Jesse Helms
(Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee) in August. Rafic Hariri
comes to Washington in September. Jesse Helms wins the election in
November. CACSA rests its case.
NOVEMBER 4, 1996 : An
article in the Washington Post dated November 4, 1996 and entitled
"Saudi Shiite skeptical of bomb charges" written from the
Eastern Province by a Washington Post reporter John Lancaster makes CACSA
wonder why all of a sudden Prince Salman is allowing foreign reporting
when in the past they gone against such tactic. CACSA learned that a
telephone conversation two weeks ago between Bandar bin Sultan and Salman
bin Abdul Aziz has paved the way for John Lancaster to report on the
Shia'a from the Eastern Province. What al-Saud are trying to prove is that
the uprising, the terrorism, and the discontent is religiously based and
therefore friends and allies should not worry about the strength of the
family. The facts are that friends and allies should worry because the
Shia'a involvement or non involvement has not been proven yet and the FBI
has not confirmed any of the statements made by the government and Prince
Naef. There is more to this home grown violence that Saudi Arabia is
experiencing than just religious fervor. We suggest that Naef and Salman
read some of the e-mail we get to understand first hand why their regime
is expiring.
OCTOBER 30, 1996 : CACSA
has learned that pressure has been put on some federal US agencies to
exercise discretion and stop any leakage of information relating to any
Saudi bits and pieces. CACSA has been tuned to what is going on in
Washington relating to Saudi Arabia. Leakage on non essential information
such as Secret Service protection for Abdul Aziz bin Fahd is the result of
frustration by these agencies to play a role which does not fit with their
image nor their charter. Some
agencies go out of their way to please Bandar because of personal
relationships Bandar, using Saudi public funds, has managed. Good dinners
in Aspen, private jet flights, etc... CACSA is Bandar's watchdog and he
does not like it because al-Saud have always operated without
accountability. We will remain on the scene to illuminate and enlighten
our visitors with relative information that affect their lives.
OCTOBER 29, 1996 : Several
attempts at penetrating the organization and sabotaging its purpose and
goals have been met with failures in the last four weeks. These attempts
only show how successful we have been in undermining the lies and deceit
we have been experiencing for so long under the rule of the Sudeiri seven.
We welcome any comments or any tips regarding these attempts.
OCTOBER 25, 1996 : CACSA
has learned that the Ministry of Interior, in recent months, has arrested
hundreds of Saudis for questioning in the aftermath of the bombing of the
al-Khobar Towers. Most of these Saudis are Shia'a Muslims who already feel
discriminated against just because of their religion. The government,
unable to find the culprits who perpetrated this act of violence, are
systematically eliminating suspects after subjecting them to torture and
inhuman treatment. This system of
elimination smacks at the heart of the horrendous human rights
violations practiced by the government. Just imagine system : Prisoners
who, under torture, will be found innocent or guilty. All suspects are
tortured until they confess to the crime. And if the government does not
find the culprits during torture, they will capture another two hundred
men and subject them to the same humiliation and abuse until they either
extract a confession or catch the perpetrator by sheer chance. PLEASE
WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN OR ELECTED OFFICIAL.
THIS CANNOT GO ON. HELP US GET A GOVERNMENT THAT DOES NOT NEED TO TORTURE
ITS CITIZENS TO IMPOSE RESPECTABILITY THROUGH FEAR.
OCTOBER 22, 1996 : What
was Jesse Helms doing on Bandar’s private 340 Airbus?
In light of the accusations being directed against Clinton for taking
contributions from foreign entities and individuals, the Committee
Against Corruption in Saudi Arabia (http://www.saudhouse.com)
accuses Bandar bin Sultan of delivering suitcases of cash as secret
contributions to election campaigns in the USA.
The pattern by Saudi Arabia of meddling in foreign elections starts with
Ali bin Mussalam, the King’s special envoy, who paid $18 million to the
election campaign of President Chirac of France after he helped the
fledgling campaign of Prime Minister Balladur. Ali bin Mussallam has
delivered money to political parties and candidates in France, a pattern
that is being duplicated in the USA by Bandar bin Sultan in amounts much
larger and much more important than the $450,000 contributed by Lippo
Group to the Democratic Party.
What was Senator Jesse Helms, the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, doing flying with Bandar on his private jet in July of 1996 ?
The trail of the corrupt Saudi money goes deeper and much farther than
anyone can imagine. We demand the immediate investigation of this matter
as it strikes at the heart of foreign money influencing US policy.
OCTOBER 20, 1996 : It seems
that close friends of Bandar at the CIA and DIA are not too happy with his
new coziness with the FBI. A very long internal battle is being waged by
the intelligence and security services of the US in light of several
debacles, budget cuts, and Congress mistrust in recent years. These wars
have produced media stories that would fold the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and
Firearms) into the FBI, and cut the budget of the CIA and revamp its
image. Clinton has a penchant for the FBI and in recent months, the FBI
has grown and opened several offices in hot zones of the world. Meanwhile,
the CIA and the DIA are being re-sized by Congress and the White House.
Bandar, seizing on the opportunity of where the FBI is heading, has
arranged for the infamous meeting between Freeh and King Fahd. Many
members of al-Saud did not truly understand why Bandar would do this.
Arrange a meeting between a head of an agency and a ruler of a country
which protocol condemns. Now they do understand the blind ambitions of
Bandar and the extent he would go to further his personal connections. His
friends at the CIA and the DIA are not happy at all with Bandar's
maneuvers. His enemy list is too long and too extensive to mention.
OCTOBER 18, 1996 : In
following-up closely on the arrival of Bandar in Washington after such a
long absence, CACSA learned that a secret agreement has been struck
between Bandar and Freeh (the F.B.I. Director) to assist the FBI into its
investigation of the bombing of Al-Kobar Towers. In return for assistance
and other favors that Saudi Arabia did for the FBI, Freeh will mend the
fences between Bandar and Clinton after the elections. CACSA believes that
Bandar is selling his position short just for personal gains and personal
contacts. Saudi Arabia needs to help the United States uncover those who
committed the terrorism act, but Saudi Arabia, as a country, should not be
helping another country for personal gains and certainly not the personal
gains of another Sudeiri. After all, it is the personal gains of these
individuals that is getting us in trouble economically and politically.
OCTOBER 16, 1996 : Bravo to
Bandar bin Sultan. After a lengthy departure from Washington and a long
depression from being ignored by the White House, he is back into the
thick of things. The favor he did to the FBI by inviting Director Freeh to
meet with King Fahd is paying off handsomely. Bandar is using the FBI and
Director Freeh to re-introduce himself to President Clinton. Everyone
knows that Director Freeh enjoys the trust and friendship of Clinton. And
everyone knows how much Clinton dislikes Bandar. So it comes as no
surprise to CACSA that Bandar is using that organization to re-enter the
corridors of the White House. Freeh is waiting for after the elections to
take Bandar by the hand.
OCTOBER 3, 1996 : A tip
received by CACSA confirms that Bahrain has made arrangements to transfer
a large number of their prisoners to prisons in the Eastern Province in
Saudi Arabia. Prince Naef approved the request after Bahraini prisons were
filled with political demonstrators and prisons could no longer house the
number of political detainees. What will happen to these prisoners / What
terms will they serve ? Does Amnesty International and the Red Cross know
about this transfer ? Please write Human Rights Organizations such as
Amnesty
International at http://www.amnesty.org/aisect/email.htm
to ask them their help.
OCTOBER 3, 1996 : To
legitimize the oil revenues thefts by al-Saud family, al-Saud have created
an organization called US-Saudi Arabian Business Council. The organization
meets once a year with major US companies to explore business
opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Bandar, after many months of absence from
Washington, addressed the council on October 2, 1996 with a message of
economic stability in Saudi Arabia. Bandar uses the council as a platform
to capture and monopolize US-Saudi business in one single format and in
one single conference. Prior and post this conference, Bandar had several
business meetings with US CEO's to insure that any money spent by Saudi
Arabia goes through his office and that his entitlement as an ex-military
man are protected and come in the form of under-the-table kickbacks and
paid-outs. We wish Bandar success in piling millions upon his billions and
would like to send him this message : Everyone knows you are corrupt, and
Saudi people's early apathy has changed into words, and will soon change
into action through letter writing and lobbying to get people like you out
of office and to freeze their money the way Hamad bin Jassem froze his
uncle's billions..
OCTOBER 1, 1996 : A tip
CACSA received confirmed that Mohammed bin Fahd has been given an
exclusive license to introduce a limited access to the Internet in Saudi
Arabia. Limited because the government imposed that a filtering system
blocking unwanted sites should be developed as well in order to satisfy
the wishes of the ruling family who does not want sites like CACSA's to be
available to the general public. Companies like al-Olayan and Dalah al-Baraka
have been denied a license by the government because Mohammed bin Fahd has
blocked them from this business totally. This is just another arrogant
behavior by a family who keeps the profitable businesses to itself and at
the same time stifles freedom of expression by specifically blocking those
sites that express that freedom.
SEPTEMBER 30, 1996 : The
royal family found that it was inappropriate to introduce taxes during the
approval process of the budget. Slowly but surely, Saudis are being taxed
left and right through excise and levy taxes that the government did not
announce in the annual budget that was decided in secrecy by the royal
family. These taxes are being levied through a systematic approach that is
shocking Saudis at large. Every paper the government processes is being
taxed. Taxes have just been introduced to driver's licenses. CACSA objects
to this form of taking the public's money at large when accountability is
non existent at the government level. Where does all the Saudi oil
revenues go ? A question many are asking.
SEPTEMBER 30, 1996 : Experts
are reporting an increase in drug trafficking coming out of Pakistan and
Afghanistan. The same experts say that Saudi Arabia is the largest
consumer nation of drugs in that part of the world. CACSA has always
maintained that the druglord in Saudi Arabia is none other than Prince
Faisal bin Fahd , the head of the Youth Organization in Saudi Arabia.
Faisal is giving protection and funding to introduce drugs to Saudi
youths. Keeping youths busy with social issues keeps them away from
politics which has not succeeded when a bomb exploded in Dhahran killing
19 innocent Americans in June 1996. Al-Saud schemes go further than
corruption through pilfering the country, their job is to destroy the
country economically, socially and politically and they have done a very
good job so far.
SEPTEMBER 28, 1996 : On
September 26, it was announced that Saudi Arabia was contracting with the
assistance of the Pentagon for $2.5 billion worth of maintenance for the
Royal Saudi Air Force command and control center. Given the fact that
Saudi Arabia will enjoy a windfall profit from oil sales and given the
fact that Prince Sultan is finding fast that he is loosing control over
his ascension to the throne and therefore must act to show the US how fast
he can spend the Ministry's money to gain support in Congress and the
White House. CACSA is looking for two other items in this announcement :
1) the contract will be awarded to a US company with strong State
representation in the Congress and Senate; 2) As usual, local companies
fronting for Sultan will collect, in our estimation, between $250-$00
million in kickbacks and under the table money. CACSA demands that Sultan
stops these corrupt practices of kickbacks of funds that belong to the
people of Saudi Arabia and not al-Saud.
SEPTEMBER 20, 1996 : A new
decree number 8 dated 11/1/1417 H issued by Nasser bin Ibrahim al-Zaid,
Deputy Minister for Civilian Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, goes
very far in proving how much control al-Saud exercise over the lives of
the people of Saudi Arabia. Believe it or not, the decree forbids people
from naming their children certain names that are not culturally
acceptable. As an example, it is forbidden to call your son Jibril, Abdul
Nasser after the late Egyptian President, Abdul Al-Ati, Abdul Mosleh,
Abdul Mohe'en, etc... The decree orders government agencies not to issue
identity papers or birth certificates to children with so called offensive
names. CACSA wonders what is coming next !!!
SEPTEMBER 17, 1996 : Prince
Sultan issued new orders forbidding government employees to make any
statements to the media. This after he allowed a limited number of
statements to offset public anger over the economy and the general state
in which Saudi Arabia finds itself under the rule of the Sudeiri seven.
This laboratory test in freedom of expression proved to be not to the
liking of the family because so many statements made were offensive to the
al-Saud (according to their standards) and gave the impression that they
were not in control anymore. Never mind that the people want to express
their frustration over the way their lives have been controlled. This does
not truly matter to the al-Saud.
SEPTEMBER 16, 1996 : Ali bin
Mussallam, King Fahd's personal advisor and an alleged thief to over $1
billion of oil revenues belonging to the Saudi people, has met with Bandar
bin Sultan in Riyadh to discuss ways to eliminate dissident groups outside
the kingdom. Ziad Taki el-Dine, Ali bin Mussallam's secretary, has
allegedly leaked the information to a close friend who passed it
unknowingly to a member of CACSA. The Saudi government is embarking on a
new strategy to meet heads on dissident groups who are threatening their
power and economic base.
SEPTEMBER 14, 1996 : Prince
Sultan and his sons met in a closed session two days ago under the
umbrella of Sultan's personal charitable organization named "Sultan's
Organization for Charity" to discuss the work and the implementation
of its work. Saudi press announced the meeting without referring to what
happened behind closed doors nor to what decision the organization reached
under the leadership of His Highness. C.A.C.S.A. continues to protest
strongly the way the Sudeiri Seven manage the country through closed doors
sessions and meetings shrouded with secrecy. We DEMAND to know HOW the
country is being managed and WHERE the funds are being spent. Continuing
on this course of action by some of the ruling family members will only
bring about public wrath and discontent that if not vented properly
through reform will vent improperly through terrorism and unwanted acts.
SEPTEMBER 13, 1996 : It is
estimated that the latest skirmishes between the US and Iraq is forcing to
stop the sale of Iraqi oil through the UN. As a result, oil prices are
maintaining a high price level due to market uncertainty. When the Saudi
budget was projected for the year 1996, the price of oil estimated was put
around $15 a barrel. With oil prices being so high, Saudi Arabia is
expected to have a surplus of about $15 to $20 billion. That surplus is
not a budget surplus but rather it is the difference between a projected
estimate and realistic oil prices. C.A.C.S.A. demands that this surplus be
applied towards paying the national debt and not be used for useless
projects and kickbacks that will fill further the pockets of al-Saud. If
you are a Saudi citizen, call the King's Palace and write the Ambassadors
demanding better financial management by those who control your life.
SEPTEMBER 12, 1996 : Right
after the reinstitution of King Fahd as King in April of 1996 after
resigning on January 2, 1996, a large transfer of funds took place that
made the world banking community very nervous. Sources close to CACSA have
confirmed that Fahd has transferred the bulk of his fortune to his two
sons : Abdul Aziz and Mohammed. The amount is not known to CACSA but it
seems that it was so large, alarm systems and radar screens all over the
world blinked. CACSA estimates that at least $30 billion was transferred
to Fahd's two favorite sons Swiss bank accounts. The world financial,
political, and social communities are not prepared nor able to absorb the
power that such two reckless and unable individuals may
yield with so much money. Plans are underway to re-circulate these funds
the way Saudi oil investments re-circulated after the Gulf war. CACSA
demands that the money be appropriated for a Middle East bank to benefit
the whole Middle East and not only two men out of 260,000,000.
SEPTEMBER 9, 1996 : While
King Fahd spends most of his time waiting to meet his maker, the jostling
behind the scenes continues with some preliminary winners and losers. It
is without a doubt that Prince Abdullah will become King. The Crown Prince
will be Prince Salman who has the support and enthusiasm of the US
administration looking to stabilize the situation after the departure of
King Fahd. Prince Sultan will be the biggest looser. He will maintain his
role and title as Minister of Defense but will relinquish any ambitions to
the crown. Sultan is being forced into this situation and it is not clear
according to intelligence sources whether he will accept this scenario or
will fight to maintain his place in line. One thing for sure. Everyone is
on edge waiting for the other one to make his move. The losers will also
be Bandar bin Sultan and Mohammed bin Fahd. Another winner will be Prince
Saud al-Faisal because he is able to sustain a Status Quo and not lose any
grounds to other Sudeiris.
SEPTEMBER 4, 1996 : In
recent months, Prince Abdullah has been promising Saudi farmers who are at
the forefront of the failed wheat policy of Saudi Arabia that the
government will be paying them soon the government subsidies required to
maintain a
viable export policy. When Abdullah was given the authority to act on
behalf of King Fahd, he immediately requested that a payment of $1.5
billion be disbursed by the government to repay these poor farmers. The
Sudeiri seven immediately mobilized and convinced the specter of Fahd to
return to power. Once back, Fahd killed the proposed payment.
AUGUST 30, 1996 : US
Intelligence experts have been quietly collecting data about who is who in
Saudi Arabia among the extremists groups without the knowledge and help of
Saudi Intelligence Services who have been less than candid when it comes
to the lives of US troops in the region. Sheik Suleiman al-Audah, the
imprisoned Islamic vocal leader, has been monitored around the clock. Records
of every word he says are analyzed for clues and for any unanticipated
future needs (The lesson of Khomeini will not be repeated again!!).
The implementation of a 24 hour surveillance of opposition leaders in
strategic countries has been implemented after the Khomeini fiasco. The
information is used to compile information about extremists elements in
Saudi Arabia and in case these leaders become important enough to
influence policy in the future.
AUGUST 24, 1996 : After
buying the Ritz-Carlton in McLean, Virginia, a suburbs of Washington D.C.
for $70 million using his uncles the Ibrahim Brothers as front men with a
front company, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Aziz bin Fahd will visit
Washington towards the end of August to check on his newest prize obtained
with pilfered Saudi money. In advance of his arrival, the palace in Riyadh
has requested from the U.S State Department 24 hour Secret Service
protection for the yearling of King Fahd. Members of the Secret Service
have complained privately to giving time and resources to a nobody in this
election year. Not only the little spoiled brat steals money from
the Saudi Treasury but now is stealing US taxpayers money by using US
resources allotted only to Heads of States. If you are a US citizen, write
President Clinton asking him for the better use of tax money.
AUGUST 21, 1996 :Saudi
Arabia is supporting at least one Islamic terrorist group in Egypt,
regime, cites sources who claim that a radical Islamic leader recently
apprehended in Egypt has confessed that his organization ``received
financial and military aid from Saudi intelligence'' in 1992-93. Further,
the paper says, members of his organization have visited Saudi Arabia and
met with top intelligence officials there. In addition to financial
support, Al-Safir says, the Saudis supplied the group with detailed maps
of target areas in Egypt. An official source in Cairo tells the paper that
this new evidence implicating Saudi Arabia in Egypt's Muslim strife ``will
be the subject of future talks between Cairo and Riyadh.''
AUGUST 19, 1996 :The
repercussions to Bandar's "heart warming" article about his
accomplishments in the Washington Post is still reverberating. Many
believe that Bandar, who has worked hard to put a team of advisers and
inside people, will soon be out of power when Fahd dies. That belief is
shared by a psychoanalysis study that was performed on the article
commissioned by a member of the Committee. The findings were not too far
from the reality. One stunning piece of information came out of that
article which the analysis clearly defined was that Bandar may have lost
control over his friends at the DIA and CIA because he was not able to
deliver as quickly on the Boeing and AT&T deals. Or maybe too many are
retiring and Bandar is realizing that policy is what keeps the US moving
forward and not people.
AUGUST 14, 1996 :The latest
visit to Saudi Arabia by US Secretary of Defense, William Perry, has been
a total success for the US and Saudi Arabia. When two parties negotiate,
there are no two winners, there is always one winner and one loser. So who
actually won in this latest round of negotiations between Perry and Sultan
bin Abdul Aziz ? It is very simple. This how it was announced in the press
: Perry and Sultan signed an agreement of understanding to
moving US troops out of Riyadh. The cost of this agreement will be equally
borne by Saudi Arabia and the US. The US achieved its goals
of protecting its troops. In reality, this is how the story should have
been written : Perry and Sultan signed an agreement of
understanding to moving US troops out of Riyadh. The cost of this
agreement will be totally paid by Saudi Arabia but it was agreed to
publicly announce that the cost will be borne by the two countries.
If the cost is $1 billion, it will be announced that the cost
will be $2 billion and Saudi Arabia's share will be $1 billion.
The US achieved its goals of protecting its troops. This is a face saving
ruse courtesy of Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the Ali Baba of Saudi Arabia. Why
they would not come out and tell the truth is the same reason why they
would lie and cheat Saudis out of their future.
AUGUST 12, 1996 : Prince
Salman bin Abdul Aziz visited Washington on a secret non-official trip
where he met with Secretary of State Warren Christopher on Friday July 19
and talked to President Clinton on the phone for half an hour. The meeting
with Christopher centered around the security and cooperation recently
built between the two countries. While on the phone with President
Clinton, Prince Salman first gave his condolences to America for the TWA
800 bombing and wished President Clinton success in finding out what
happened. Clinton thanked Prince Salman for the cooperation of Saudi
Arabia in conducting the investigation for the bomb that killed 19
Americans in al-Kobar. Absent from this conversation any indication of the
misleading Saudi Arabia is perpetrating to avoid further trouble. Also
absent were questions about the health of King Fahd who is regarded as a
non-entity today by the US administration. Absent from Washington was
Bandar bin Sultan which leads CACSA to conclude that his portfolio is
being diminished due to the large influence he has surrounded himself
with. Many in the family believe that Bandar is influential enough today
that he can engineer a palace coup while in Washington. Prince Salman is
in the United States on a medical visit which we hope will show that he is
no longer able and ready to continue looting the country.
AUGUST 12, 1996 : F.B.I.
Director Freeh took the special trip to Saudi Arabia to meet with high
officials of the Saudi government to seek extradition of the culprits in
the latest bombing in Al-Kobar. Sources close to Naef bin Abdul Aziz
confirm that Freeh did get a promise that they will be extradited to the
U.S. after some whining and complaining by Naef and Salman. Sultan was all
for it and pressed his two brothers for that decision. Sources close to
Naef also said to CACSA that Naef is already planning an operation where
the culprits are found, resist arrest, and fight till death with Saudi
internal securities, thus removing any embarrassment the Sudeiri Seven may
find themselves in should they have to explain to their Ulema why these
people were sent to the U.S.
AUGUST 6, 1996 : Recently,
the Pentagon has asked to increase security at the Saudi bases to which
Saudi Arabia responded by asking the Pentagon to paint their equipment,
tanks, and jet fighters with Saudi colors to disguise their presence and
who is truly manning that equipment. Needless to say that there were some
angry voices at the Pentagon responding to that request. It has been
learned that Bandar bin Sultan was behind the request. Stupid move Bandar.
We keep counting your mistakes.
JULY 1996
It has been reported on June 30, 1996 that Saudi officials have refused
to allow the FBI from interviewing the four suspects accused of setting
off the first bomb in November 1995 that killed 5 US military advisers to
the Saudi National Guard. In addition, the Saudi authorities have refused
two requests by the American military security apparatus to cordon off a
wider perimeter area to insure the security of those stationed in al-Khobar
Towers. Those two incidents distinctly show that the authorities in Saudi
Arabia still live in dreamland. They still do not believe that Saudi
Arabia is in a crisis the way they still do not believe Saudi Arabia is
facing economical problems because of the Sudeiri Seven corruption.
Interviewed on NBC, Tony lake, the US national Security Adviser declined
to blame the Saudis for their abstinence and lack of realism.
These two incidents clearly demonstrates that King Fahd and Prince Sultan
still believe that everything is OK in Saudi Arabia. When an attempt was
made at the life of the King last year by a lone driver trying to force
his car in the King's palace, they discounted the incident and claimed
that the driver was a lunatic, an escapee from a mental institute. It is
notable to say that MBC, the Saudi government sponsored and financed
television channel has yet to report the incident. They go about their
business as if nothing has happened, meanwhile American lives are paying
for their mismanagement and their stupidity.
"Prince Bandar bin Sultan does not know where to hide his face. He is
the only one that understands that this is the beginning of the end of the
rule of the Sudeiri Seven"
A new bomb exploded in al-Khobar (near Dhahran) - Saudi Arabia at the US
Air Force compound killing 19 American innocent servicemen. This cowardly
attack on innocent
Americans and other foreigners points to the weakness of the Saudi regime
under King Fahd. That weakness is inherent in the secret society that the
Sudeiri Seven have created. The secrecy is necessary to hide their
ugliness and corruption. People have no freedom of expression nor do they
have any human rights. Fed up, they are striking back and using innocent
American lives to send the message to Washington to change the regime.
Fundamentalism is the most important threat the Middle East will
experience. Keeping a despotic regime like the one concocted by the
Sudeiri Seven will perpetuate trouble in the region. Helping respected
leaders in Saudi Arabia strike a balance is the only solution.
Fundamentalism does not exist in Morocco nor does it exist in Jordan. The
reason is that King Hassan and King Hussein are widely respected and have
created the economic balance to keep extremism from entering homes armed
with excuses and prey to naive young people.
Please write your elected official asking him/her to seek constructive and
peaceful change in Saudi Arabia. ACT NOW
Bandar bin Sultan in the last few months has struck a deal with Mohammad
bin Fahd to control the second generation princes. This secret agreement
was blessed by King Fahd himself. This new pact will change the political
landscape in Saudi Arabia according to a tip we received from
"inside". Bandar and Mohammad are forced to accelerate their
plans which may conflict with Naef and Salman's plans should Abdullah and
Sultan (if Sultan becomes the crown prince after Fahd's death) retain
power for as long as other Saudi kings have (11 years for Saud, 11 years
for Faisal, 7 years for Khaled , and 14 years for Fahd). Naef and Salman
are in for a rough ride and their ascension to the throne is not secure at
all in light of this new pact between the grandsons of Ibn Saud. Bandar
has celebrated this new pact by ordering a brand new Airbus 340 paid for
by stolen money form the Saudi treasure.
"Bandar will have to return every penny he stole once democracy and
change sweeps Saudi Arabia. Accountability is what C.A.C.S.A. stands
for."
Prince Sultan, according to a tip we received, has invited all the senior
and junior members of al-Sudeiris to seek their support. The meeting took
place in Riyadh with Sultan ordering rather than asking all the members of
the family to brace for a tough road ahead. He told them that some of
their jobs may be at jeopardy considering that Abdullah is coming to
power. This signals that Abdullah has won an important round in his
negotiations with Sultan to place some of his people in certain junior key
positions. What concessions did Abdullah give in order to position his
people remains a mystery. C.A.C.S.A. is working hard during these troubled
times in Saudi Arabia to obtain information about the on-going unfolding
drama.
"Any new government that will grant more powers to Sultan bin Abdul
Aziz will certainly mortgage the future of Saudi Arabia"
Bandar bin Sultan has stationed himself physically and mentally with the
dying King Fahd in order to obtain certain concessions from his uncle that
will assure him a high ranking position in the new Abdullah
administration. C.A.C.S.A. has learned that Bandar has called the US
Administration seeking their help in the deadlocked negotiations that have
been going on with Abdullah. The US has refused to interfere. Bandar,
thus, has clearly positioned himself with his father with the expectations
of an important ministerial job once Fahd dies. Bandar wishes to be the
top man in the second generation of al-Sudeiris fending off respected
individuals such as Saud al-Faisal and Turki bin Faisal.
"Bandar's attempt at brokering a position for himself are failing
since his uncles are trying to protect their own turf"
Feuds amongst the House of Saud have reached a boiling point last week
according to analysts and observers . Military units were placed on alert
for the first time. The reason for this jostling seems to be the absolute
hold to power by the corrupt Sudeiris without yielding to any other
member. Mish'aal bin Abdul Aziz and Talal bin Abdul Aziz are senior to
Sultan. They have decided to seek justice and control of their destiny by
claiming the Crown Prince position so much revered by Sultan, Salman and
every power seeker in the Kingdom today. This latest soap opera has
decidedly made the US quite nervous. It is monitoring the situation with a
keen eye on the oil reserves. What this demonstrates to C.A.C.S.A. is that
support for the corrupt Sudeiris is being challenged by other family
members, even those whose mother is not a Saudi (i.e. Mish'aal and Talal).
This challenge is bound, even if unsuccessful, to create animosities among
the corrupt and not so corrupt family members for years to come.
"If there is something to be said about this latest feud, it is that
Saudis do NOT WANT Sultan to be in power"
King Fahd remains extremely ill and according to reliable sources, he has
been moved to an intensive care unit at his palace in Jeddah where he is
watched 24 hours a day by a team of doctors and nurses. No one has been
able to visit the King. All TV footage that Saudi Arabia has watched last
week dates to December 1995 footage shot right after recovery from his
November 1995 stroke.
"His Majesty's death will create an opportunity to clean the country
from the corrupt and the ignorant. This may never happen again"
In another attempt at becoming a King, Prince Sultan has attempted a white
coup during Prince Abdullah's visit to Muscat by obtaining a consensus
from the Ulamma (the Islamic body representing indirectly the law in Saudi
Arabia). That consensus was not granted and Sultan stormed out of the
meeting a frustrated man. This is not the first time that Sultan attempts
these maneuvers. It is noteworthy to mention that he has never
succeeded at this because of his corrupt ways and unpopularity among the
educated and learned men in Saudi Arabia who see in him a continuation of
Fahd's philosophy and doctrine with the high possibility of the worst
results for the country.
"C.A.C.S.A. Is not surprised that Sultan keeps trying to reach the
throne, we are rather surprised for the lack of support for his highness
in his own backyard with his own people and followers."
The U.S, Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia released the following message to
U.S citizens on May 15,1996 : The Embassy has received an anonymous
telephone call
threatening retaliation against Americans in Saudi Arabia if the four
Saudis charged with the OPM/SANG bombing are punished. Additionally, the
Embassy and the consulates have beef sent drawings that imply bomb threats
against American personnel or institutions, including the Saudi-American
International School-Riyadh (SAIS-R). Threats of this nature are not
surprising given the security situation in the region. There may be more
vague threats of this type, and we do not plan to disseminate each one- We
remain concerned about possible attacks against institutions and/or
individuals, both official and private, identified with the United States
and its interests in Saudi Arabia. We also remind U.S. citizens that the
security situation in the region remains unsettled.
Accordingly, we continue to urge all Americans throughout Saudi Arabia to
exercise caution, keep a low profile, reduce travel within Saudi Arabia,
and treat mail received from unfamiliar sources with suspicion. The
Embassy and Saudi security will continue to work closely to ensure the
safety of Americans. You should report any suspicious or unusual
activities or incidents to the Embassy or nearest U.S. consulate. The
Embassy will continue to keep the American community apprised of any
changes in the security situation. To hear a recorded message of the
latest information concerning Saudi Arabia, you may call the Embassy in
Riyadh at (966-1) 488-3600 and press 7.
"This was released from the US State Department May 16, 1996.
Fundamentalism in Saudi Arabia is becoming a problem because of the
corruption of al-Saud. The continuing support of the Sudeiri Seven will
foment more violence. The al-Saud do not enjoy public support and are the
main cause why terrorism is happening. Eradication of fundamentalism will
only happen if we surgically remove the cancer that causes it."
C.A.C.S.A.'s Directors.
We at C.A.C.S.A. would like to salute Mr. Medlej al-Medlej of the US/Saudi
Arabian Business Council for admitting the mistakes that the Saudi
government has made in an interview with the Webreview magazine. We also
would like to add that since we have for the first time an admission by a
Saudi official that mistakes have been made, we would like to know what
the Saudi government is doing about it and how they are moving to make
sure that these mistakes won't happen again. In any modern society, as the
Saudi government claims they have turned Saudi Arabia into, mistakes
lasting over 23 years dictate that it is about time we bring new fresh
faces into the government that are empowered to act and not be the puppets
of the Sudeiri Seven.
"We made mistakes in the past. Some in the government may disagree,
but I say we made mistakes" Medlej al-Medlej, Saudi Finance Ministry
