AUGUST 3, 1997 : Sultan
bin Abdul Aziz, our Minister of Defense, has been busy creating trouble in
none other than Grozny, the Muslim enclave and Capital of Chechnya. In
recent months, Sultan has poured in money and arms to support a Russian
offensive designed to weaken the Islamic State to protect passageway of
Caucasian oil for oil companies. Sultan would only do this under two
circumstances: 1) He is being asked to and must abide or 2) He has a
personal stake in those oil fields.
JULY 20, 1997 : King Fahd
Medical City in Riyadh awarded an operation contract to GAMA-Harvard for
the amount of SR 6billion ($1.8b). GAMA is owned by al-Athil (a relative
of the Ibrahim family and the Saudi behind the WESTLAND Scandal ) and our
beloved Prince Bandar. When Prince Abdullah became King after King Fahd
yielded his powers on Jan.1, 1996, he canceled this contract and instead
tried to pay the money to Saudi farmers Bandar immediately went into
action and with the Ibrahims convinced Fahd to recapture his powers from
Abdullah which he did. Bandar's stake is a cool $180 million.
JULY 17, 1997 : An old
hospital in Makkah (Ajiad), not far from Alharam, was supposed to be
re-built completely by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. As the
ministry was breaking ground, Abdul Aziz bin Fahd presents the same
Ministry with ownership papers (SAKK) showing that he owned the land under
the hospital. The Ministry had no choice but to pay him for a land that
the government had owned for years. What is the difference between this
action and the MAFIA action anywhere around the world?
JULY 14, 1997 : Rumors
are abound in Riyadh that King Fahd is ready to step down and let Prince
Abdullah rule. On January 1, 1996, Fahd stepped down only to recant few
days later after Sultan has asked him to wait to get an understanding with
Abdullah on what needs to be done. This understanding has been struck this
spring and Fahd will step down in September. No great changes will take
place as a result of this move except that Prince Saud al-Faisal will
consolidate his powers which will weaken Bandar in Washington. Bandar will
eventually become another Adnan Khashoggi turning his connections into
business deals for himself and his father.
JULY 5, 1997 : Khalid bin
Mahfouz has been active lately buying Lebanese businesses. His latest
conquest, using Saudi public funds, is the Credit Libanais for $168
million. Sources close to the deal have confirmed to CACSA that bin
Mahfouz is buying for King Fahd and also that the bank will be used to
penetrate the Lebanese market in real estate, stock manipulations, and
laundering of money. Bin Mahfouz BCCI investment has landed him in hot
water with US authorities. This investment won't as the Lebanese
government is controlled by none other than Rafic Hariri, a Saudi puppet.
JUNE 20, 1997 : Bandar's
quietness and lack of media attention stems from the disappointment the
CIA and the FBI had with him not coming through on allowing the FBI to
interview directly any of the 300 rounded by Naef bin Abdul Aziz, the
Minister of Interior and accused by the Minister to be involved in the
plot to bomb the Khobar towers. Bandar has been playing both sides of the
equation and is slowly being discovered by both parties. After 13 years of
being an Ambassador, his naivete and lack of experience are clearly shown
if one looks at his record smattered with inconsistencies and an erratic
behavior. He may have won small battles, but he is losing the war.
JUNE 13, 1997 : CACSA has
learned that Prince Majid bin Abdul Aziz, the prince of Makkah and the
drunkard of the al-Saud family, has been forcefully appropriating old
people properties in the city of Makkah and taking over their deeds (Sakk).
Old women and old men living in the city had to give up their houses with
no compensation to Majid for no reason other than the value of these
properties some of which overlook the Holy Kaabah. Al-Saud rule continues
and business is as usual.
JUNE 9, 1997 : CACSA has
learned that the deportation of al-Sayegh has been handled by none other
than Bandar himself. The proposition made to al-Sayegh is the following:
If you cooperate, we will let the United States seek your deportation to
the US here you will spend your life in prison there. If you do not, we
will seek your deportation in Riyadh where you will for sure die from
torture. Cooperation is on al-Sayegh's mind however, his lawyers are
looking for assurances from the United States that he will not be
re-deported to Saudi Arabia after he cooperates. The US is willing to give
these assurances however Bandar is blocking it because the intention is
eventually to behead him publicly at any cost.
JUNE 2, 1997 : The
jockeying for power continues to be the main pastime of all the senior
Sudeiris after they have come to the realization that Prince Abdullah, a
non Sudeiri, will become the next king. They are extending the life of
king Fahd for as long as possible hoping that Abdullah's health will fail
in due time. Meanwhile, the second generation princes such as Bandar bin
Sultan have been working on how to spend the windfall profits the country
has managed in the latest round of high price oil revenues the national
treasury generated in the first half of this year. Officials at the
Ministry of Finance are privately complaining of the pressure being placed
on the treasury from unnecessary programs.
MAY 24, 1997 : The
pressure is mounting on Saudi Arabia to deliver REAL results from their
investigation of the Khobar Tower bombing. CACSA has learned that the FBI
agents in the office in Riyadh have turned the faucet on and had a barrage
of requests from their counterparts in the Ministry of Interior
immediately after the Hajj season. CACSA also learned that Prince Naef
himself clears any and all documents that are submitted to the FBI's
office. The FBI has tried to clarify some of the investigative tidbits
bits they have been receiving from Naef without any success. Read Death by
Deportation? by Aziz Abu Hamad to get a sense of CACSA's position.
MAY 19, 1997 : Thinktank
organizations are starting to pay attention to dissident organizations
whose charter it is to topple the al-Saud rule. The US is slowly realizing
that keeping al-Saud dormant with assurances yet checking all options is
the right move in a post Soviet threat era. Bandar's roaming the corridor
of powers in Riyadh has left the door wide open for proper thinking in a
free Saudi lobbying environment. As the CIA is attempting to find a new
enemy, some young blood is thinking stabilization using powerful tools at
hand rather than finding a new identity and an umbrella to work in
Washington. Octogenarian leaders in Saudi Arabia hardly understand the
valueless hand fate has dealt them with one superpower in place. Is Zaire
a testing ground?
MAY 7, 1997 : A behind
the scenes lobbying and political maneuvering is underway by Bandar bin
Sultan to "take control" of Hani al-Sayegh in Canada denying the
US access to him the way Naef has denied the FBI access to the other
"supposed suspects". Saudi Arabia does not wish to have its
dirty laundry washed in public and will do anything to stop the publicity
that could be generated from extradition of Hani to the US. If this
happens, the media will have a field day and the feast will be Bandar bin
Sultan whose amateurish appearance on "This week with David
Brinkley" in 1996 is still remembered by many.
MAY 5, 1997 : The US is
convinced of the lack of Saudi cooperation on the investigation in the
bombing of the Khobar Towers is the work of Naef bin Abdul Aziz who is
afraid that the US knowledge of the true reasons for the bombing may
implicate other supposedly "friendly" nations. The Saudis do not
mind that Iran may be implicated because it serves their political
purposes, but they are afraid that if other countries could be implicated
because it serves US interests, that it may hurt them in the long run. The
bombing is being used to serve the interests of different camps.
MAY 5, 1997 : Bandar's
double edge sword has been working overtime lately in anticipation of
Fahd's death. He has allied himself with Mohammad bin Fahd politically,
Saud al-Faisal by marriage, and his father Sultan by serving his US needs.
Other powers at play within the royal family do not want him involved in
politics anymore as they understand that his strong US ties will always be
a liability and an extra baggage amongst the Wahabbi controlled government
of Saudi Arabia. As he works the tents, he is facing more and more
criticism because of his US lobbying style.
APRIL 24, 1997 : There
has been a concerted effort, ordered by Naef bin Abdul Aziz, to disclose
the wrong number of dead in the latest disaster in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
The aim is to dilute the scope of the disaster by showing that the number
was not that great. Already, various countries have disputed publicly the
numbers announced by Naef. What a shame to smear Islam and Moslems just
for the publicity it brings.
APRIL 15, 1997 : RSAF
pilots stationed in Saudi Arabia have been complaining about flying the
Tornado Interceptor due to high maintenance and general rapid wear and
tear. These pilots have had to petition Prince Sultan telling him of these
problems as the chain of command at RSAF kept this under lid for fear to
upset
Prince Sultan. As a result of that petition Prince Sultan promised the
pilots better and faster airplanes in the near future. An unverifiable tip
to CACSA indicated that younger pilots will use the Tornado Interceptors
and pilots with more experience and more loyalty to al-Saud will use the
US made F15-e and the F-16s airplanes. It is important to note here that
RSAF pilots on training exercises unrelated to enforcing the no-fly zones
in Southern Iraq are not allowed to carry live ammunitions. The Sudeiri
seven are so fearful of an RSAF coup that their palaces are all equipped
with Stinger Missiles. The Tornado contract has cost Saudi Arabia close to
$40 billion.
APRIL 3, 1997 : King
Fahd's health, CACSA has learned, is deteriorating rapidly in light of his
heart trouble. Unconfirmed reports from Saudi Arabia have alluded that he
is rarely seen except by very close members of his family and that his
imminent death is fast approaching.
APRIL 2, 1997 : CACSA has
been subjected to a deluge of people from all walks of life wanting to
help and cooperate. The interesting thing is that these people are of high
caliber who work for the Saudi Intelligence in the US. Good luck Bandar.
MARCH 28, 1997 : During
Prince Sultan's visit to Washington, several unscheduled meetings (four in
total) took place between Sultan and Vice President Gore. The meetings
were arranged by Bandar attempting to position a
two-would-be-hopeful-future-leaders of their respective countries to get
acquainted and to chat. For four meetings to happen in 3 day span, Sultan
is betting on Gore's support to maintain his status quo and Gore is
betting on Sultan's DNC funding in the year 2000. Tomorrow's scandals are
brewing today.
MARCH 18, 1997 : Adel
Jubair, Bandar's senior political advisor, has met with Dory Gold,
Natanyahu's top political advisor in Paris on February 28, 1997 at the
Ritz to discuss the F16-s deal and issues related to the internal security
of Saudi Arabia. Many other figures were present in that meeting. CACSA
encourages publicizing these meetings hoping it will bring Bandar out of
the "closet".
MARCH 16, 1997 : Some
members of the royal family visited President Clinton at the hospital when
in fact very few people have access to him. A tip to CACSA noted correctly
that only Bandar as the representative of the corrupt government has the
right to visit. But in Saudi Arabia, all princes consider themselves as
diplomats and as representatives of the government of Saud Arabia. And in
this instance representatives of the family that owns the country.
MARCH 8, 1997 : Six new
Saudi members have joined CACSA in February with the intention of
volunteering their time to spread the word about the aim of the
organization. CACSA welcomes these new members to our growing family.
FEBRUARY 23, 1997 : The
understanding that al-Sauds had with Rabbin and Peres was put to test by a
hawkish Natanyahu who does not believe, no matter how friendly the al-Sauds
are to Israel, that they should allow them military superiority or even
equality. The US is caught between strategic economic values and strategic
military values. One thing for sure, Israel does not care a bit about a
family which epitomizes autocracy, maliciousness, and hypocrisy.
FEBRUARY 23, 1997 : Since
the summer of 1996, King Fahd has attempted to launch an anti democracy
campaign that would support the al-Sauds view that they are God's chosen
leaders to rule Saudi Arabia. Using the Majlis al-Shura (a mouthpiece of
His Majesty), Fahd is running a campaign to demonstrate that democracy is
anti Islamic. Supporting these views is Sheik Jubeir, a puppet
spokesperson of al-Sauds and father of Adel Jubeir, the Congressional
Liaison for the Embassy in Washington D.C. It all runs in the family. The
father, under an Islamic veil, cements al-Sauds hold onto power and al-Sauds
in return cement his son's position with them.
FEBRUARY 13, 1997 :
Sultan's trip to Washington is fast approaching. He is expected in
Washington around the 21st of February just in time for our second issue
of the newsletter. Sultan wants to get assurances from Washington that in
following up with the footsteps of his older brother Fahd (Contracts
galore), he will get Washington's support to retain his second in command
post should Abdullah become king. The whole trip is a kiss and tell with
Sultan kissing up to Washington. The whole contract is a fraud as Saudi
Arabia cannot afford these weapons nor can it manage it given its size and
internal capabilities. CACSA gives Sultan credit for being the true Sultan
everyone knows.
FEBRUARY 9, 1997 : Bandar
bin Sultan is back in town during the first days of the Islamic
Eid-el-Fitr to prepare for the early arrival of his father Sultan to
Washington to sign the purchase of 102 F16-2 agreement with Lockheed
Martin and to visit with President Clinton at the White House. Bandar has
already met during the weekend with his close advisers to discuss a
variety of issues among them CACSA's newsletter. He is to meet soon with
top executives at Lockheed Martin to impose the $3.2 billion of services
ghost Saudi companies are to undertake for this project. CACSA will ask
Congress to investigate the payments schedules disbursed by Lockheed
Martin under this contract.
FEBRUARY 7, 1997 : CACSA
has learned that Bandar bin Sultan has arranged for the payment of $3.2
billion in commissions to bogus companies in Saudi Arabia for contract
services that will never be performed. As has happened in the past, fake
invoices and man/hour tables will be provided to Lockheed Martin for
payment totaling $3.2 billion by the time the contract ends. How much
corruption can the Saudi people take? How far will Bandar go before he
understands the limit to the our patience?
FEBRUARY 1, 1997 : Prince
Sultan bin Abdul Aziz is arriving to Washington on March 24, 1997 to sign
a multi billion Dollar contract to buy more jet fighters that Saudi Arabia
does not even have enough pilots to man. This contract will place Saudi
Arabia in further debt than it already is. Its sole purpose is to buy long
term protection for the Sudeiri seven to remain in control. CACSA does not
oppose the purchase but opposes the purpose and the product itself. While
Israel builds advanced technologies, we are still buying and spending
instead of investing for our future.
JANUARY 31, 1997 : Saudi
Arabia buys US silence on terrorism on its oil, human rights abuses, and
continuance protection of an expired royal family with a new $30 billion
contract to buy 100 new F-16s jet fighters. We will be watching how much
commissions will be paid and we have a nice surprise for Sultan when he
comes here in march to sign the deal. Whether we need these planes or not
is irrelevant and inconsequential to this family. They are squandering the
wealth of a nation away.
JANUARY 27, 1997 : CACSA
mails out its first printed newsletter in an effort to increase awareness
of the organization's aims and goals. The first issue is highlighted by
two new articles that do not appear on the Internet site. The audience for
the newsletter are seasoned politicians and power brokers who operate
behind the scenes in Washington.
JANUARY 18, 1997 : CACSA
has been receiving tips concerning the donations made by Saudi Arabia to
the DNC (Democratic National Committee). Front men have been used to
donate large sums of money to further causes that are dear to the royal
family such as protection of the al-Saud and continuation of US military
programs and arms sales. . Many large newspapers are investigating these
donations and soon, we will see an explosion of stories involving Bandar
bin Sultan, our highly respected and dignified Ambassador.
JANUARY 18, 1997 : The
top 10 countries with the largest defense budgets (for 1993) are:
1.) US $323,500,000,000
2.) Russia $52,500,000,000
3.) UK $42,000,000,000
4.) Germany $39,500,000,000
5.) Japan $36,700,000,000
6.) France $33,100,000,000
7.) Italy $22,700,000,000
8.) China $15,000,000,000
9.) Saudi Arabia $14,500,000,000
10.) South Korea $12,600,000,000
One tip remarked : The only country that spends that much money and
needed the rest of the world to protect it is Saudi Arabia. All the rest
are self sufficient and can defend themselves. Why : Because up to 40% of
that money gets pocketed by Prince Sultan, Bandar bin Sultan, Abdul Aziz
bin Fahd, Wafic Said, and other smaller fish who front for al-Saud.
JANUARY 13, 1997 : The
indicted banker Khalid Bin Mahfouz has allegedly invested $750 million in
the Washington based venture called WorldSpace, Inc through his deputy
general manager at the Mahfouz owned Saudi National Commercial Bank: Saleh
al-Din Idriss? No surprise WolrdSpace chairman Noah Samara refuses to
discuss the ownership structure with the media. This organization
allegedly plans to dominate satellite radio throughout the middle east,
Africa, Latin America and the far east - do the DC authorities and the
international broadcasting community know that the disgraced personal
banker of King Fahd is the real owner? Or is it the Sudeiri Seven ?
JANUARY 9, 1997 :
Information from the (Saudi Strategic Storage Programme) SSSP Project. The
chairman of this project is Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, Second
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation (one more title).
The main contractor is the Swedish ABV Rock Group. Mohammed Al-Amoudi, who
is a front man for Sultan. Al-Amoudi is the official sponsor of ABV Rock
Group in Saudi Arabia. He is also partner to none other than Khalid bin
Mahfouz, who was indicted in the BCCI scandal. Bin Mahfouz' attempt at
buying OK Petroleum, a Swedish oil company, in Sweden failed after the
government refused his request. Now Mohammed Al-Amoudi is the official
owner of OK Petroleum and other Swedish companies valued at more than 12
billions SEK! ($1.7 billion). Apparently, Sheik Khalid bin Mahfouz is
trying to circumvent the laws in Sweden by using another front man. Who
really owns these companies? The Sudeiri Seven investment portfolio.
JANUARY 9, 1997 : Sheik
Khalid bin Mahfouz, an indicted Saudi citizen in the BCCI affair, is
trying to re-launch a campaign against the US prosecutor who brought the
indictment against him. Khalid bin Mahfouz has been asked by King Fahd to
undertake this effort in anticipation of further PERSONAL indictments in
the future that could affect his sons and immediate family. Sheik Mahfouz
is the personal banker and investment advisor to King Fahd.
JANUARY 7, 1997 : A new
campaign by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia to "bury" our site in a
sea of other Saudi sites has been waging for over six months. The attempt
is to register inconsequential sites that are the government mouthpieces
with search engines such as Yahoo and Excite. The ploy is not working as
word of mouth is increasing our traffic all the time. What Bandar bin
Sultan does not realize is that researchers and interested parties will
find us because they need to know the truth.
JANUARY 5, 1997 : An
Internet interview with HM King Fahd on the Arab.net was in response to
CACSA's strong presence and hard work at promoting the truth about
al-Saud, especially the Sudeiri Seven. The interview conducted with the
same style of so many others (prepared answers to prepared questions
delivered by the Ministry of Information), uses the same language and the
same story line al-Saud have used for the past 100 years. HM King Fahd and
the Ministry of Information still think the Saudi people are stupid and do
not deserve the truth nor are they entitled to it. We hope that we will
see more of these interviews in 1997. They are the best promotion CACSA
can have.
JANUARY 4, 1997 : The
marriage of Bandar bin Sultan's daughter has cost 100 million Riyals which
is equivalent to approximately $27 million (commissioned jets, housing
thousands of guests for weeks, extraordinary gifts including a new palace,
etc..). CACSA wishes his family happiness. Our concern stems from using
public funds whether newly acquired illegally or acquired a long time ago
on such personal matters as weddings. When will it stop ? Such extravagant
public celebration of wealth spurs jealousy and a knack to compete which
would further abuse of public funds in order to permit these senseless
exposures at a high cost to the public, the Saudi economy, and most
important of all the fiduciary responsibility that al-Saud have towards
acting in a humble way as Guardians of the Two Holy Sites. We urge our
fellow Saudis to express this in writing to all Saudi Ambassadors to let
them know how they feel about the abuse of public funds for personal gains
which are also contrary to even the most moderate of Islamic values.
JANUARY 1, 1997 : Prince
Sultan continues to plot against Prince Abdullah's ousting fearing a new
trend in the al-Saud clan that will force Abdullah to seek Prince Salman
as his Crown Prince once he becomes King. Sultan is panicking knowing that
this scenario is highly possible considering Mohammed's new fresh capital
which he is ready to use to advance Salman over Sultan. The pulsating
effects of this battle is felt all the way to Bandar's residence in
McLean, Virginia where he is awaiting the results prior to any commitment.
