This period saw most of the original members and seconds set of scouts leaving as they reached the maximum scout age. Scout Leader Noel Penco and his as assistant Christopher Campbell had a differcult task to follow and at the same time, build upon the solid foundation that was laid by the scouts of the sixties. Both leaders represented the troop quite well as scouts, and though very young, they had the maturity to lead the group to its most differcult era. With our motto "Aim High" they went for the sky with the regimental training. The theme was Quality, not Quantity.
