Art student Evelyn's (Weisz) latest project is her boyfriend Adam (Rudd), so she sets out to turn him into a completely new person. Adam's friends (Moll and Weller) are a little freaked by the transformation. I'm assuming this'll be a critically acclaimed thing that I won't like. (Pred. 5/10)

A druggy subculture operates among U.S. soldiers stationed in West Germany just before the fall of the Berlin wall, with the battalion commander, Colonel Berman (Harris) and his clerk, Sgt. Ray Elwood (Phoenix) at its center. Sgt. Lee (Glenn), fresh on the scene, tips the MPs as to the goings-on, without realizing Sgt. Elwood has his eyes set on his daughter (Paquin). | The Matrix Reloaded |
5/15/03 |
It's six months later, and many more people have been awakened into the real world. Zion, the human colony, is thriving and its inhabitants are plotting their rebellion against the machines. Reloaded and the November's Revolutions are rumored to be a long story arc cut in half--all of which takes place over a 24-hour period--instead of two separate movies. In the first half, Neo (Reeves) spends the bulk of his time in the Matrix learning more about his abilities. Continuing a popular series, look for more fun and special FX. (Pred. 8/10)

Aaaah... it's New York City in 1963, and love is blooming between a journalist (McGregor) and a feminist advice columnist (Zellweger), who's falling head over heels despite her beau's playboy lifestyle. Risky move, putting it out against The Matrix. Plus, it doesn't look good. (Pred. 4/10)

| Hairy Tale |
5/16/03 |
Luckiest little kid ever (Adkins) makes friends with a lovable chimpanzee (no, not Bubbles) and his caretaker (Modine). The family fun starts when the chimp learns karate and stuff. I'm not so sure about this one. (Pred. 4/10)

| Bruce Almighty |
5/23/03 |
Bruce Nolan (Carrey) is a whiny, complaining frumpypants. During a rant, he blames God (Freeman) for the world's wrongs - only to be confronted by the Almighty himself, who in turn issues a challenge: Make the world a better place in one day or else the Lord'll go Dark Ages on his ass. Trailer looks funny, at least-let's pray for a good movie. (Pred. 7/10)

| The In-Laws |
5/23/03 |
Right before their children get married to one another, a CIA agent (Douglas) and a podiatrist (Brooks) get caught up in a grand adventure that takes them from New York City to South America. A remake, but looks like a goodo one with a decent cast. (Pred. 7/10)

Marlin (Brooks), Nemo's timid father, embarks on a dangerous journey with a friendly-but-forgetful fish named Dory (DeGeneres) to rescue his son. But Nemo and his new friends come up with a few clever escape plans, too. Pixar's fifth, but seems too close to Monsters Inc.'s video debut to make a lasting impression. (Pred. 6/10)

| The Italian Job |
5/30/03 |
Charlie Croker (Wahlberg) and his band of theives attempt to drive a car full of gold out of LA after they rig the city's stoplights to provide a seamless getaway. They use those cute little BMW Mini Cooper cars - you know, the ones advertised before major motion pictures. Conincidence, no? Looks like it may be fun but stupid. (Pred. 6/10)

O'Conner teams with ex-con associate Roman Pearce (Tyrese) to get close to his target, while secretly working with an undercover agent (Mendes) to bring them all down. Not having seen the first one, I can only assume that this one will be as horrible as the first one sounds. (Pred. 4/10)

| The Hulk |
6/20/03 |
A catastrophic experiment-gone-wrong turns scientist Bruce Banner (Bana) into the Hulk - a superhuman fueled by Banner's inner demons. Looks to be yet another comic-book summer, with this one probably doing well. (Pred. 7/10)

A novelist with a gambling problem (Wilson) makes a bet with his publisher: In return for a $50,000 advance, he will complete his newest novel in thirty days. If he wins, all his debts are paid; if he loses, the publisher will own everything else he writes for the rest of this life. He hires a stenographer (Hudson) to help him get the book done in time, and the novel starts turning into a love story, because...you guessed it. Considering it's Rob Reiner, it may be good. Something for people who aren't going to The Hulk. (Pred. 8/10)

The Angels investigate a series of murders that occur after the theft of a witness protection profile database. Their prime suspects? A "fallen angel" (Moore) who was once their ally and... the Creepy Thin Man (Glover)! Might be fun, might not. (Pred. 6/10)
