• Q: How to set simultaneous conversion processes?
  A: Choose “Joboshare iPod Video Converter > Preferences”, select “General”, and then choose a value from the “largest number of the converting files in the same time” pop-up menu.
  

• Q: How to convert a segment?
  A: The program supports converting any clip or segment by setting the start point and duration as you like.
  To do this:
  Method1:
  1. Select the file that you wish to convert a segment of it, and then set the required profile.
  2. Click the “Trim” button or choose the “Trim” option in the “Action” menu, and then click the “Play” button to play the selected file in the “Trim” Window that appears.
  During the playback, click the “Set Begin” button to set the required start point of the segment, and click the “Set End” button to set the end point.
  3. After the operation is done, click “OK” to confirm the operation and close the window.
  Therefore, in the “Trim” Window, you can click the “Reset” button to have a re-setting.
  Method2:
  1. Select the file that you wish to convert a segment from it, and then set the required profiles.
  2. Click “Advance” panel on the right main interface, and set the duration and the start time for the segment in the “Duration” and “Start Time” text box.

• Q: How to have a snap?
  A: During the playback of the selected file, you can snap and save the pictures as you like.
  To do this:
  1. Select the file that you wish to preview, and then click the “Play” button to play the file.
  2. During the playback, repetitiously click the “Capture frame” button to get the pictures you want.
  3. After snapping, click the “Open Snapshot Folder” button to browse the pictures in the folder that appears.
  Tip: The picture path is set as the default. However, you can reset the path in this way: choose “Joboshare iPod Video Converter > Preferences”, press “Snap”, click the “Browse” button, and then select the required path from the pop-up folder.

• Q: How to get the information of the selected file?
  A:  Select the file that you want to get the details, choose “File > Show File Information”, and read the information in the “File Info” window that appears.
