  There are several optimized profiles for iPod with different quality in the software which can be used directly without any further modifications. If you want iPod 320×240 files in normal quality, what you need do is to choose “ipod (320×240) MPEG-4 Normal (*.mp4)” profile.

  Tip: Two ways to select the profile list
  (1)Select “Custom” option at the bottom of the “Profile” pop-up menu on the “General” panel , and check the profiles to be displayed directly in the “Profile” pop-up folder;
  (2)Choose “Joboshare iPod Video Converter > Preferences > Profile”, and check the profiles you need.
