| Head Coach Jim Hulton Jim Hulton heads into his first season as head coach of the RMC Paladins. He has spent the last 7 seasons as a head coach in the OHL with the Missasauga Ice Dogs, Bellville Bulls and most recently the Kingston Frontenacs. He also has international coaching experience, most notably as an assistant coach with the Canadian national junior team. In 2002 he led Canada's National Under-18 Team as the head coach to a gold medal at the 2002 Eight Nations Cup. He also served twice as an assistant coach with Canada�s World Junior Squad winning a Gold Medal in 2005 in Bismarck, North Dakota. Assistant Coaches press release Brian Hulton joins his brother as part of the RMC coaching staff. He has spent the last 20 years coaching in the greater Kingston Minor Hockey association. Tom Carty rounds out the staff. Carty has been coaching hockey, baseball and football in the Kingston area since 1958. Carty is also the head skipper of the Kingston Ponies baseball team Manager Physiotherapist Steve Lawless. Steve is entering his 24th year as the RMC head physiotherapist. In his additon to his work with the hockey team he places Co-op students from Queens with other RMC teams as well as providing his own expertise to other varsity sports. Outside of RMC Steve runs a physiotherapy clinic in Kingston. Scout Keri Kettle Keri is in his fifth year as a scout for RMC. After graduating from RMC in 1997 with a Degree in Business Administration, he was posted to 1 Svc Bn in Edmonton as a logistics officer. There he served in the Kosovo on Operation KENITIC, which was the Canadian Forces participation in the NATO war in Kosovo. After his tour in Edmonton, Keri was posted to Calgary where he completed his Masters and started his work with RMC. While in Calgary Keri finished his service with the Canadian Forces and found his way to Kingston where he served as an assistant coach for the Paladins as well as scout. Keri is now based out of Edmonton where he is studying for his PhD and will act as the Western Canadian Scout responsible for the BCHL, AJHL and SJHL. |
