Obituary for William “Jack” Yarnell, Jr.

William “Jack” Yarnell, Jr., age 80, Third Street, Cynthiana, Kentucky died Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at his residence. Born in Bourbon County, Kentucky, December 10, 1925, to the late William Sr. and Alta Fay Williams Yarnell, he was a former Cummins Ford, Paul Miller Ford and Lexington Dodge employee. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Billy Joe Yarnell.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Tapp Yarnell; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancye Yarnell Howard Lizer and Billy Lizer, Cynthiana; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Hudgins Yarnell, Cynthiana; three grandchildren, Robert (Sharon) Howard, Cynthia Lizer and Dwayne Yarnell; a great grandson, Jacob Wayne Howard and special friends, Marlyn Wash, Jerry Jones, Julie Mattox and Allen Embry.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Gary McQuain. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday. Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery, Bourbon Co., Kentucky.

Obituary for Billy Joe Yarnell.

Billy Joe Yarnell, age 59, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Thursday, May 26, 2005 at his home. He was a member of Cynthiana Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Hudgins Yarnell; a son, Dwayne Yarnell of Fredonia, Ky.; stepsons, Timmy Hudgins and Robert Hudgins, both of Cynthiana; stepdaughters, Karen LaMarke of London, Diane Adams of Cynthiana, Judy Bryant of Paris and Cathy Doyle of Nashville, Tenn.; his parents, William Jack and Margaret Tapp Yarnell of Cynthiana; a sister, Nancye J. Lizer of Cynthiana; and nine step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ware Funeral Home, Cynthiana. Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery.
