I do give & bequeath unto my daughter Anne Yarnold All & singular my houshold goods stock of Corne & Graine fowell & fodder Cattell & moneys whatforesaid I shall then dye possessed off or is of right to me belonging And alsoe I do hereby give unto her my Cherry Orchard lying & being at the open End of the High Street in Evesham ffor & durring her Natural Life provided always & my will is that she pay yearly & every yeare ffive pounds of lawfull Money of England unto my Daughter Judith Trapp ffor & during the Naturall Life of her the sd Judith if shee the sd Anne shall happen so long to Live ) But if Anne doe Decease befor Judith then my will is that Judith shall bee payd yearely ffive pounds During her Life out of the Rents of the sd Cherry Orchard by my Executor hereafter Named And after the Deceases both of Judith & Anne I doe hereby give full power & Lawfull Authority of the sd Cherry Orchard if he will buy it ) And bee Allowed it something Cheaper than any other Man will give for it According to the Discretion of the other Two of my Executors hereafter Named: |

| Item | I doe give unto my Grandchild John Trapp ten pounds to be payd to him likewise out of the purchase money for the sd Cherry Orchard And the residue of the purchase Moeny I doe give equally to my Grandchildren of my two Daughters (namely) Winifred Heming & Mary Chamberlain to bee equally divided amongst them or so many of them that shall bee then living: |
| Item | I doe give to the poour of the Town of Norton (where I now live) Twenty shillings to be Distributed by my Executor within Three Months after my Decease And I doe hereby nominate & appoynt my Right Trusty & welbeloved ffriends the Reverend Doctor Mr John Jophson? Mr Martine Ballard & my son Thomas Yarnold of Evesham to bee the Joynt Executors and Overseers of this my last will & testament hoping they will see the same done & performed according to the true intent & meaning hereof And I doe give unto them ten shillings apiece for their care & paines herein And ffurther my will is that if either of my executors happen to Decease before my will is performed the other two shall Choose which person whom they shall think fitt to supply the plase of the party deceased I doe hereby Revoke All & any other former will or wills by me had & made before the day of the date hereof. |

Source: FHL Film # 98187; microfilm copy of original will dated 4 April 1694 and proved 1 April 1696. The estate inventory attached to the will was dated 22 May 1694, indicating a date of death between 4 April and 22 May 1694.
