Obituary for Robert S. Yarnell

Robert S. Yarnell, 69, of Canaan Center Rd., Wooster, Ohio died Saturday morning, July 31, 1993, at his home by sudden illness. He was the son of George and Sarah Strock Yarnell. He married Nina Lehman in 1946. He was retired from the Akron Brass Co. He was a veteran of World War II and was an ex-POW. He also developed Meadow Lake Campground.

He is survived by his wife; daughter, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Beery of Shreve, Ohio; son, Stanley Yarnell of San Francisco, Calif.; son, Scott Yarnell and daughter-in-law, Ann Golubov of Wooster; daughter, Sharon Yarnell and son-in- law, John Liston of Medina, Ohio; mother, Sarah Yarnell of Wooster; two brothers, James Yarnell of Largo, Fla. and Richard Yarnell of Wooster; sister, Mrs. Donald (Iola) Elliott of Wooster; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, his brother, Donald Yarnell and his son, Dennis Yarnell.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Church of The Cross United Methodist Church, Wooster.
