I, Linda E. Yarnell, a resident of Stockport, Morgan County, Ohio, do make this as my last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke all wills and testaments heretofore made by me.

Item 1 - It is my will and I hereby request that my Executor hereinafter appointed, shall, at his earliest convenience after my decease, pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my illness and of administration of my estate.

Item 2 - I give and bequeath all my Household goods to my daughter Elsie L. Waite, and I give and bequeath $500.00 to my daughter Anna Musgrave and like amount namely $500.00 to my son Clarence E. Yarnell.

Item 3 - I give, will and bequeath all the rest, residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed after satisfaction of items 1 and 2 to my children to-wit: To Anna Musgrave - one-fourth, Clarence E. Yarnell one-fourth, Newbern C. Yarnell one-fourth and to Elsie L. Waite one-fourth.

Item 4 - I nominate, constitute and appoint my son Clarence E. Yarnell as executor of my estate and ask that he be permitted to serve as such without giving any bond, and it is my request that all property coming into his hands shall be sold at private sale, if possible.

In testimony whereof, I have signed and subscribed my name to this my last will and testament, at Stockport, Ohio, this 28th day of October. A. D. 1935.

Linda E. Yarnell, being of legal age, and of sound mind and memory and under no restraint, signed, subscribed and declared the foregoing instrument as and for her last will and testament in our presence and at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, we have hereunto signed our names as attending witnesses at Stockport, Ohio, this 28th day of October A. D. 1935.
