John Bissell, City of Philadelphia, Blacksmith. written: April 6, 1799. proved: June 29, 1805.

"Bequeaths to wife Margaret Bissell his three houses and lots in Philadelphia during her life, at her death part of property to wife's grandson Bissell Yarnall, he paying an annuity to his sisterMargaret Bissell Yarnall. Property to Joseph Dubree, he paying to his sisters Hannah Trueman and Mary Thorn &c. Money arising from sale of property to wife's grandchildren Margaret Bissell, Abraham and Uriah Yarnall and grandchildren of sister Hannah Dubree, Joseph Dubre, Hannah Trueman and Mary Thorn. Daughter-in-Law: Jane Palmer. Edith Palmer, daughter of Jane.

Executors: wife, and friends Benedict Dorsey and Ellis Yarnall. Letters granted to Margaret Bissell and Ellis Yarnall.
