In the name of God Amen. I John Yarnoll of Merton Hussingtree in the County of Worcester, Yeoman, being of perfect mind and understanding do make my last will and Testament in manner and farme as followeth that is to say, I frely resigne and commend my soule into the Hands of god Almighty and my body to the Earth to be decently interd at the discresion of my Executrix heareafter named, Imprimis I give to my sunn Richard five pounds out of the hundred pounds which he oueth to me also I give and bequeth to my sunn Francis the Sum of tenn pounds to be paid out of the hundred � that is in my sunn Richards hands. Item I give to my sunn Phillip tenn pounds more to be pd by my sunn Richard out of ye hundred pounds that is in his hands. Item I give and bequeth to my sunn William the sum of tenn pounds to be pd out of ye afore sd hundred Pds all which sums to be pd in twelfe moanthes time after my dissese Item I give and bequeth to my sunn Thomas the sum of thirty pounds to be paid in twelfe mounthes time after my disease also I give to my sunn Thomas one Bed Bedstead with curtaines and valions with bolsters and blankets belong to it Item I give to my daughter Jane the sum of thirty pounds to be pd in twelfe moanthes after my dissese out of the afore sad hundred pounds also I give to my daughter Jane the bed and bedsted with gray curtaines and valions with all belonging thereunto ~ also it is my desier yt if the sd Thomas should die before marridg then the sd sum of thirty pounds be given to my daughter Jane after his dissease also if my daughter Jane shoud die before marridg that then the thirty pounds given to her shall be given to my sunn Thomas after her dissease Also I do constitute my Dear and Loving Wife Sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament and that shee discharge my funerall expenses out ye surplusage of my stock Also I bequeath to my Sunn Thomas and my daughter Jane tenn pounds apeece to be pd out of my Stock in twelfe munths after my dissease.
