"Item - I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Isaac Yarnall the Sum of one Hundred
Dollers in one year after my Decease, I have heretofore Conveyed to him one
Hundred and fifty two Acres of Land, the fifty two Acres Under Vallued."
"Item - I Give & Devise unto my Son James Yarnall his Heirs & Assigns forever
all that plantation or Tract of Land he now Lives on Containing about one
Hundred and Thirty five Acres be the Same more Less, ......."
"Item - I Give & Devise unto my Son Alben Yarnall his Heirs & Assigns forever
all the plantation I now Live on and piece of Land I intend for Rheuben
Excepted, I also Give unto my Son Alben his Heirs & Assigns forever a Lot of
Wood Land Containing about fifteen Acres Which I bought at Sheriff's Sale,

forever all the Remainder of my Land Lying North of the Mill Road Containing
about fifty Acres be the Same more or Less together with all and Singular the
Buildings and Improvement thereunto belonging, as also the Great Mill & Saw
Mill & any other water works Errected or maybe Errected thereon, ....." ",
And also I Give & Devise unto my Said Son Rheuben fifteen Acres of Wood Land
adjoining my Son Isaac's land ....."
