Know all men by these Presents: That I, George Washington Yarnell, of the Township of Center, County of Morgan and State of Ohio, being about 72 years of age, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory. Do Make, Publish and Declare this my Last Will And Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other Last Wills and Testaments by me made heretofore.

First:- My Will is, that all my just Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid out of my Estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.

Second:- I Give, Devise, and Bequeath to my beloved daughter Minnie L. Yarnell, the Farm on which we now reside situate in Center Township, Morgan County and State of Ohio containing about 43 acres and all the stock, household good, furniture, provisions and all other goods and chattels which may belong to me at the time of my decease. I give and bequeath to her absolutely.

In Testimony whereof, I have set my hand this my Last Will and Testament, at Moscow Mills, Ohio, this 19 day of July, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Four.

Application for Probate: shows that he died 4 sept. 1905 and had no widow.
