In the name of God, Amen.

I Ellis Yarnell of the County of Fulton and State of Illinois, do make and publish this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

1st I will and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Hannah C. Yarnell all my property of every kind and description to her and her heirs forever.

2nd I hereby make, constitute and appoint my said wife Hannah C. Yarnell, Executrix of this my last will and testament and desire her to make settlement of my estate and pay all just debts, by me owing. And it is my wish and request that she be not required to give any security for the faithful performance of her duties as such executrix.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 16th day of February AD 1866.

Signed and sealed in our presence by the above named Ellis Yarnell as his last will and testament, we having signed our names hereto as witnesses at the request of said Ellis Yarnell, this 16th day of February 1866.

IN THE PROBATE COURT OF LICKING COUNTY OHIO

In the matter of the Will of Ellis Yarnell, deceased.

This day an authenticated copy of the Will of Ellis Yarnell, late of Fulton County, State of Illinois, was produced in open Court for Record herein, and it appearing by the certificate of James R. Stipp, Clerk of the County Court in and for the County of Fulton in the state of Illinois, that the same is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Ellis Yarnell as the same remains of record and on file in the office of the Clerk of the County Court in said County of Fulton in the State of Illinois, where the same are required to be recorded and filed, by the laws of the State of Illinois. And that said original will was duly executed, proved and admitted to probate and Record, according to the laws of the State of Illinois, as the same were in force at the date of the execution of said Will and of the probate thereof.

It is therefore ordered that the said will and the certificate thereto attached be now recorded in the records of this Court.
