Beverly A. Banks Yarnell, age 56, of Modesto, California, died of cancer Monday, April 12, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Yarnell was a native and lifelong resident of Modesto. She was an accountant at John F. Turner and Co. for 22 years. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and Modesto Jaycees.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Yarnell of Modesto and John Yarnell of Sonora, California; brother, Donald Banks of Martinez, California; and four grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Yarnell; and her parents.
