In the name of God Amen: I Apolonie Yarnold of the parish of Claines in the County of Worcester widow being sicke and weake in body but ( praysed to God ) of sound & p fect in memory & good understanding; Doe make this my last will & testament in mannor & form following; ffirst I resign my soul unto Almighty God that gave it, And my Body to be buryed in the Churchyard of Claines afoersayd as neere as may be to my late deceased husband Richard Yarnold there interred; in hope of his full resurrection; And my worldly estate which God & my husband hath leaft me, I Dispose as followeth; Ffirst ( in regard my children & some of their children have been otherwise provided for by my late husband ) I Give unto my Grandchild Charles the sonne of Robert Yarnoll, tenn shillings; to my Grandchild James Hadley tenn shillings; to my Grand= child Dorothy Withers twenty shillings' and to her brother Thomas Withers tenn shillings; All the rest & Residue of my estate ( my debts payd & funerall Expenses Discharged ) I give & leave in the hands & custody of my Executor herafter named to be by him Delivered or Disposed with or to the use of my Daughter Dorothy Withers & her children, in such sort & manner as that the same may not come into the hand of her husband FFrances Withers, least it be wasted & consumed by him contrary to the intent & meaning of this my will; And I make my loving Kinsman John Pardoo Junr Sole Executor of this my last will & testament; In Witness wherof I have herunto putt my hand & seale the second day of January in the yeare of our Lord God (according to the English ?Anompt?) ; 1672. |
