Biography of Aaron Yarnall of Harrison County, Ohio

Aaron Yarnall, son of Thomas Yarnall, was born in Washington County, Penn., about 1783. He settled in Nottingham township, Harrison county, Ohio, in 1811, where he died in 1851. He married Mary A. Bell, of Washington County, Penn. who died in 1857.
Their children:

6. John, b. Feb. 27, 1827; married (1st) April 24, 1850, "Nackkey" Rogers, who died 1861;
m. (2nd) 1863, Mrs.Elizabeth Ross, b. June 28, 1833, widow of Thomas Ross, and daughter of Alexander and Sarah Ramsey Fulton, of Nottingham township.
Children by first wife Nackkey:
i. Henry H., settled in Tuscarawas county, Ohio;
ii. Sylvester F., settled at Oberlin, Kan.;
iii. Jasper;
