Education:
His father get him admitted at religious seminary of the village, where he got his primary education. After that he went to Khairpur and sought admission in the high school. He got first class in every exam and earned scholarship. Instead this, he got prizes and complimentary certificates in various competitions viz, Good hand-writing, Drams, First Aid, Swimming, Acting, Poetry and Music.
Professional Career
After passing matric with flying colours in 1949, He was employed in Education Department as a teacher.
He remained teacher there in Teachers Training College Sukkur on his proficiency, Wherefrom he was posted teacher in High School of Shikarpur from April 1964 to August 1968.
After that he became Head Master of Sobho Dero from September 1968 to November 1971. He, then, became Deputy Inspector of Schools Kharirpur Division from December 1971 to November 1972.
He was posted as a Deputy Education Officer District Sukkur and Larkana from March 1973 to January 1975.
He became Head Master from Febuary 1975 to October 1979 and from November 1979 to January 1980 Government High School Khanpur District Shikarpur and Tangwani Tualka Kandh kot District Jacobabad.
After that he remained Deputy Education Officer from November 1980 till his death 20 Novemer 1980. He died due to heart failure.
Organization
He remained Joint Seretary of Sindhi Adabi Sangat Shikarpur from 1951 to 1956.
Literary Career
He wrote on various literary genres viz, Art, Drama, Literature, Islamic Knowledge, Music and wrote on History with pseudonym of " Rahi ".
He gave up the literary world due to his personal business from 1956 to 1974.
But on the inspiration of Late Adulallah " Asar" Larkanivi, resumed to write with new pseudonym of " Saqib " and continued it till his end.
His essays and poetry were published famous news paper of Sindh "Hilaal Pakistan", Weekly Jamhoriat, New Sindh apart from these, he was buplished also in Monthly " Pegham" , " Naeen Zindagi".
Late Saqib will remain alive in his writings and his drama " DHARTI MUHIJEE MAAU " (Mother Earth) IS REALLY APPRECIABLE.
