RELEASE AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Non-Profit Trail Ride, I/we and my/our heirs, successors, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Mona Rahn, (Hereinafter the “Released Parties”), their agents, representatives, employees, and participants from all liability to me/us, and my/our personal representatives, heirs, successors, and next of kin for all loss or damage, any claim of damages therefore, on account of any injury to my/our person or property while I/we participate in the trail ride or events which are part of the trail ride.
I/we understand that there are certain risks of serious injury and death inherent in participating in the trail ride and any activity of this nature in which horses and pack equipment are utilized. I/we expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any and all accidents or personal injury including serious paralysis or death, which I/we might suffer during my/our participation in the trail ride or events which are part of the trail ride.
I/we further CONVENANT AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the released parties or others listed above for injury, damages or death which occur as a result of my/our participation in said trail ride and accompanying events and any claim or damages resulting there from.
I/we further understand and agree this RELEASE AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE extends to any claim I/we may have, especially including, but not limited to, claims with respect to the design, manufacture, repair, or maintenance of horses or equipment which I/we will be using or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, riles or procedures under which my/our use of said horses or equipment is conducted or from any other cause.
I/we further state and certify that I/we have carefully read the foregoing Release, known the contents thereof and sign this Release and Agreement Not To Sue as a free and voluntary act. I/we are not relying on any statements or representations of any party released hereby.

All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. The bookings will be limited. Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Trail Ride cost is $500. A signed release and a $300 deposit are required to confirm your reservation. You must cancel two weeks prior to the ride for a full refund.
A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your reservation. The directions to the campsite and last minute instructions will be mailed two weeks prior to each ride.
