| We'll rejuvenate your wood decking. Sometimes, just a good powerwash will do. Other times you made need a complete deck restoration which is usually a two to four step process: Step One Application of stain remover, brush clean, power-rinse. **This step is not necessary if your deck is not stained! Step Two Application of deck wash, mildew & stain remover, power-rinse. Step Three Application of deck reconditioner, power-rinse. **This step may not be necessary depending upon current condition of your deck. Step Four Application of new stain. Typically, a new stain will last up to 3 years on horizontal surfaces and up to 5 years on vertical surfaces. It is recommended to provide your decking a good wash once per month to protect your investment.
