Cast:Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba,Clive Owen, Rutger Hauer, Nick Stahl,Benicio Del Toro, Rosario Dawson, Powers Boothe, Elijah Wood, Jaime King

Sin City tells three stories, all of them brilliantly told and acted. So to give any information about the plot would be a little wrong, because this is a movie to experience on your own, with no idea what to expect, however let it be said that Sin City is a classic in the making, a movie that must be seen on the big screen, because even when it surfaces on DVD, the colors and the like need to be seen on a big screen and in widescreen.

Through out this film I was reminded a lot of Mickey Rourke's other film noir classic
Johnny Handsome and the style reminded me a lot of the also classic Streets Of Fire, that being said the fact that Sin City manages to be even better than both those films is quite an impressive feat because both are movies I highly admired and enjoyed. Sin City though will serve to be a highlight on the resumes of all involved because dare I say it that Sin City is better than almost everything the stars of this movie put out. Sin City is one of those movies that could go on for longer than 2 hours because so much care has gone into the dialog and film noir atmosphere, it's really well worth seeing and definitely the best movie I've seen all year. Although that really isn't saying much since everything else has been garbage, Sin City is one of those movies that reassures you that Hollywood can still make brilliant movies, after mindless spectacles and hideously bad action flicks one even said to fellow critic Greywizard that straight to video movies tend to be better than big screen movies, because they lack the obnoxious coolness found today. However Sin City is one of the best movies Hollywood has put out since Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2, it's a film noir masterpiece that actually deserves to be called a classic.
