Roddy Piper plays a soldier of fortune who goes up against a group of an immortal army of Ninjas, Sonny Chiba plays a fellow ninja who also joins the fight. Ridiculous and braindead , this movie is so boring you'll need to be immortal not to be bored to death. Now that we have suffered through this movie , I must say it was a long process , a really long process, some movies fall under so bad it's good movies , movies that come up smiling inspite of their own lameness, but this movie is just plain terrible, it's like watching your toilet flush, infact you'd probally find more entertainment watching the toilet then this incredibly bad movie which wastes the talent of Chiba and Piper. The movie stinks big time, there is just no getting around it, a low point for Piper and whatever was left for Sonny Chiba , if you ever find yourself desperate for a rental that stars Roddy Piper or Sonny Chiba , your better of renting The Streetfighter and They Live. Avoid Immortal Combat as if it were a sewage plant on a hot summer day. * |
