the apartment József Körút
Apartment is
situated on the József Körút Boulevard, 28 at
Pest side, VIII district, and conveniently located
near downtown area with plenty of Gay friendly
bars and clubs.
Its gay operated and we take the time to answer
all your general and gay related questions about
Budapest and gay life into the town. Open all
year, check-in on agreement. We are always reachable
by mobile phone for assistance.
The apartment
is about 45 sqm on the 2nd floor, with hall,
kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms and gallery. The
small room is equipped with one single bed and
gallery for 2 people. Bigger room has double
bed.
Towels, blankets and sheets etc. are there.
At check-in you can get info where to buy tickets
for public transport, stamps and phone cards.
Intercom system is at front door. Free printed
gay map, map of town and tourist brochures we
are giving you after your arrival.
The apartment
is in brick building with backyard view. Kitchen
is provided with fridge, stove, self catering.
Bathroom has bathing tub, sink and washing machine.
The prices are:
45 euro for 1 person
55 euro for 2 person
60 euro for 3 person
80 euro for 4 or 5 people
Directions, transfers and distance from gay
places
Apartment is
very easy accessible. You can take red metro
line to the Blaha Lujza square. Go out from
the metro, direction József Körút Boulevard.
Also you can use tram 4 or 6 to the Rákóczi
square station. During the night you can use
night bus 6É to Rákóczi square station.
You can locate apartment on the Map
of Budapest with the marked locations together
with the Subway
map.
From the Magnum sauna apartment is 10 minutes
by walk, or you can to take tram 4 or 6 one
station to the Baross street station. Alibi
is 15 minutes by walk, Angel disco 10 minutes.
To the Action bar you can to take from Baross
street station bus 9 or trolleybus 83 to the
second station Kálvin square.
Airport
For transfer
from the airport we recommend the Minibus. Minibus
will take you for 2100 Forint per person (approximately
EUR 9) from the airport to every address in
the center of Budapest. It takes about 35 minutes,
as the airport is in the outskirts. You'll find
the Minibus desk after you've passed the custom.
Seat reservation is not necessary before arrival
at the airport. If you already know when you'll
need to go back to the airport you may purchase
a Minibus return ticket for 3600 Forint.
Train Stations
There are 3
different train stations in Budapest: Keleti
(East), Nyugati (West) and Deli (South). If
you arrive at Nyugati station take the 4 or
6 tram to the Rákóczi square station. From there
you should to turn back and the apartment is
on the corner József Körút Boulevard and Bérkocsis
street.
If you arrive at Keleti or Deli station take
the red metro line until the Blaha Lujza square
station.
Parking
No problem to
find a free parking space on the Köztársaság
square, near by apartment. You have also parking
on Rákóczi square. The fee on Rákóczi square
is 1000 HUF per 24 hours
(approximately 4 euro), or 1 week 4500 HUF (approximately
18 euro).
Change Rates
& Payment
You need to
make reservations in advance. Check-in only
on agreement. No credit cards. If possible please
prepare payment in EUR. Hungarian Forint HUF
is accepted too. We use the change rates that
are published on the day of your arrival at
the website http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
There is a lot of ATM where you can get Hungarian
Forints using major cards like Visa, MasterCard,
and Maestro etc.
