post-breakup self-care has taken on a new meaning. for me, it’s all about finding small, nerdy rituals that make me feel good. whether it’s binge-watching my favorite sci-fi series with a cozy blanket or having a marathon of retro video games, these activities are my go-to for self-care. they offer comfort during a time when everything feels a bit off.
