Southwestern Chicken and Dressing

ingredients

1 bag Pepperidge Farm cubed Country Style dressing
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1 pack Tyson frozen Southwestern chicken strips, thawed and cubed
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
1 can golden hominy, drained
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can low fat mushroom soup
1 ( 8-oz.) fat free sour cream (approx. 3/4 cup)
1 tsp. cumin
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese (or grated 2% Jack and Cheddar cheese)

directions

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Place in large casserole dish that has been greased. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
