Animated Comedy-Emperor Kuzco is a cocky emperor who just happens to be egotistical. He seems to have everything and everything going for him. But one day, his advisor Yzma decides that she should be emperor/emperess, so she turns him into a llama. Meanwhile, John Q. Public man Pacha goes to Kuzco to prevent a pool being built on his homeland. Kuzco refuses. After he's turned into a llama, Kuzco goes to Pacha's house to help him get his "groove" back, in return that the pool won't be built. Now Pacha and Kuzco must work together to get back to the palace while Yzma enjoys taking over the space that Kuzco once had.

8/10. It was a good movie with good voicews. The characters were great, fun, and creative. The plot was very good unlike what we've seen in other past Disney Movies. I mean, really, how often do you see a Disney movie with an Emperor getting turned into a llama? Anyway, John Goodman played well, and so did the rest of the cast. A must see for the whole family!

8/10-An un-Disney-like film. The Emperor's New Groove, though it has a stupid title, is anything but stupid. I cracked up when I saw this the first time. It's good to see Eartha doing something more with her long career, even if it is an animated film. You can never go wrong with John Goodman, who also lended his talents to Monsters, Inc.. David Spade was fine. My only complaint is that too much of the sly wit depended on the don't-go-there-girlfriend attitude of Dave. Other than that, it's a finely crafted, cell-animated comedy from *gasp* Disney! I hate Disney, just so you know, but this movie shows it's not all bad.

6/10 The movie wasn't too young for me when I saw it, so I'd guess a lot of the humor would be missed by the little kids. The plot was pretty original and creative, I mean who's ever heard of a movie about an Aztec king turn into a llama before this one? David Spade and his comedian style did really well and the jokes were good. John Goodman was also great.

6/10 Great movie, Great Storyline, Great Animation, but it didn't catch my interest, yet call me biased but I will never give a Disney movie lower than a 6.
Rated G.
