Melnibonéans in GURPS

This is the dying race made famous by Michael Moorcock in his Elric series of fantasy novels. I haven't gone into much detail yet because this template was made up rather quickly to fit into a campaign run by Shadowmage. Suffice to say that the rulers of Melniboné are not human; millennia ago they interbred with demons and are now something quite different. For centuries they ruled the greatest empire in existence, treating "lesser" creatures as playthings and turning torture into an art form. Now their empire has all but collapsed and they are a dying race. The following package assumes a Melnibonéan travelling outside the island, hence the Social Stigma (no-one who knows of this race likes them).

For Melnibonéans, treat this skill as a specialisation of Artist. Remember that any other uses of Artist will be at -6 (see p.B59).
