In 1986 defended dissertation and obtained a scientific degree of candidate of physics & mathematics sciences (PhD) (in radiophysic including quantum physic - 01.04.03), chief of scientist (1991), in March 2004 defended dissertation for Doctor�s degree (in microwave antennas - 05.13.18 and numerical methods - 05.12.07). I. Minin is the author of more then 200 scientific works (including 10 monographies, i.e.: "Diffractive optics of millimeter waves", IOP Publisher, London-Boston, 2004; �Physical aspects of cumulative and fragmentation warheads�, NSTU, 2002; �Methods of radio-vision in terrorism struggle systems�, NSTU, 2003; "Three Dimensional Fresnel Antennas", Research Signpost, Kerala, INDIA, 2005 and other study manuals, 32 inventions and patents). He is known to the world science community as a famous scientist in the areas of physics and impulse explosives processes, technology of mathematical modeling and calculation experiment, three-dimensional optics of millimetric waves, physical methods for counterterrorism and crime fighting, information safety and security.
