Hitting for the cycle is when you get a single, double, triple and home run all in the same game... which MOI did in our state softball championship game our junior year... SURELY you remember THAT, Rebecca, lmaaaao.

And here's a little piece of trivia for you... Mom and Dad and me had tickets for a game where Bob Watson hit for the cycle against the Orioles (it was my sophomore year of college) and I didn't go because... my sophomore year I transferred to UQAM! And I was at another game with Tony where Cal came close... he had four hits... two doubles, a triple and a single, but didn't get the home run. The triple's the hard one to get...

Do you care about ANY of this, lmaaaaaaaao??

It was another fine day on the lake. We finished dinner about an hour ago... had CRAB CAKES... mmmmmmmmmmm... Mom told me that every time we'd call up there and say we went to an Orioles game ~brb~

~Sorry Christy... I had a little girl who needed me to help her in the potty.... she called for MOMMY, not DADDY.... where was I?~

~Mom told me that every time we called up there and said we'd gone to an Orioles game, Dad would go, "Man, I could go for a crab cake..." And brian wanted to bring LIVE rrrrrrrrrrr I canNOT type tonight... I typed carb, cbra, anything but C-R-A-B... brian wanted to bring LIVE C-R-A-B-S along up but we would've never been able to pull that off... so we bought a couple pounds (yes, POUNDS) of backfin and brought it up... Brian and me whipped up crab cakes for dinner, and mmmmmmmmmm...

Speaking of MMMMMMMMMM also... brian made me this bloody mary which I am enjoying now... it's an old bay bloody mary.... wowowowow.... perfect. Hittin' me just right. You know it's only been in the last year or so that I've been able to stomach mixed drinks. They always made me sick... I think a part of me always thought of that punch at the prom party, you know? I noticed that the less fruity and sweet a drink is, the more I like it... I like bloodies and martinis and brandy alexanders... but margaritas, screwdrivers... pukesville.

Brian is playing this Thelonious Monk CD he bought for the trip... Dad said "You ought to take that out on the lake and play it, bri," lmaaaaaaaaao. Dad's not into some of the hardcore jazz stuff that Bri likes. It's hitting me just right though, just like the bloodys. Bloody marys and monk! Mom likes it too, Dad's outnumbered.

Mom keeps asking me when we're going to go through all those boxes of stuff of mine... I was, like, Mom, we just got here, and we'll be here till July 12... I think we have A LITTLE time... Sounds like a long time but really it's only two whole weeks... barely enough... you know what it's like up here. But some day in the next two weeks it'll be rainy and we'll tackle it then. And if it doesn't rain, we'll just do it Sunday night before we leave, lmaaao.

OK.... Brian's got his guitar out... now we're getting heavy duty. Have you ever heard him play "This Guy's In Love With You"?? Sometimes he'll even SING it....

He needs to get out and play more. I have to convince him that no if he goes and plays gigs, Becca and I will be just fine. We'll even come see him.

As I write this I am sitting on Mom and Dad's porch laptop in my lap, facing the lake, the sun is hanging low over the treetops and the golden light has ARRIVED... it is absolutely beautiful here Rebecca... and I'm feeling just a LITTTTTTTTLLLLLLE BIT TIPSSYYYYY. I'm going to sign off for now and be with my family. Mom and Dad say hi, Becca says "TELL AUNT CHRISTY I'M WEARING HER HORSE SHIRT AND I LOVE YOU AUNT CHRISTY" and Brian says "Yoooouuuuu seeee... thiiiiissss guyyyyyyy... this guyyyyyys in love with jouuuuuuuuuuuuuu," lmmmmmmmAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAo!

Wish you were here Christy... love you sis!!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo me
