FACTORY GOVERNED RPM – NO EXCEPTIONS
EVERY PULL RULED BY FLAGMAN
AGES 12 AND UP
(AGES 12-15 MUST HAVE PARENT CONSENT FORM SIGNED BEFORE PULL)
