The purpose of this website is to preserve the Capuccina family heritage. By passing on the special recipes of our Italian ancestors, we can remember and honor them. It is important to record them because most of the favorite recipes were never written down and have the potential of being lost forever. Many of the recipes included here came from the basic peasant food of Italian immigrants. Family members and future generations will benefit from the compilation of these recipes.
