I was employed for the purpose of using my experience in configuration management, standards, procedures and methodologies, to assist in applying the necessary controls within the project.
Unisys Australia managed the software systems used in the Australia Post offices.

| Created and documented the Internal Problem Reporting (IPR) system for reporting and tracking of software defects. | |

| Created and documented the DBA Admin system (used by the systems DBA to control systems security, maintain reference tables, and timeout the other systems individually if downtime was required). | |
| Enhanced and maintained the Request Tracking System for handling Australia Post requests. | |
| Enhanced and maintained the ActionLog system for handling external correspondence. | |
| Enhanced and maintained the WorkPlan system for handling WorkPlans. |
In recognition of my contribution to Unisys Australia, I was presented an Outstanding Performance Award in December 1995.
At my exit interview my Manager of Record, Barry Jones, confirmed for the record that I had achieved an FC (Fully Compliant) rating in my performance with the company.
