**    The following functionality was added for Solace Technologies Pty. Ltd.:

Creates a local directory test environment of client's SQA database for re-useability of SQA databases.

Re-creates a selected software release environment to local directory when re-creating a prior release environment for standalone bug fixing.

Regression testing environment setup used by Rational Software's SQA Teamtest Suite regression test tool.

Software release install and deployment.

Create client database System Data (to be stored with software release).

Packaging of release software into CPIO format for despatching to client.

Packaging of client software for ESCROW off-site backup.

Interfaces to each client's Development, SQA, and Release data dictionary.
