Develop an add-on system, the WorkForce Planning system, for the Directions system, a personnel tracking and reporting system that uses data downloaded from the bank’s mainframe systems.
The WorkForce Planning system will extract and manipulate data from the Directions system and provides an interface for users to either display graph charts on-screen, print graph charts, or dump extracted graph data to MS Excel.
