[Kalen]
T'Pranara walked out of the Medical Bay, not watching where she was
walking due to her attention and gaze being withheld on the ISD within
her hand when out of the corner of her eye's view she saw something
moving on the floor. Her gaze dropped away from the ISD to that which
was out of focus.
A small rodent was running across the floor, followed by Tr'Kuro and
Tr'Remi who emerged from the corner. Within moments Tr'Kuro's boot
extinguished the living breath of the pest which had now melded itself
into the tread of it, along with the remains of several others. The site didn't effect her much, as she looked up into the Tactical Officer's face, his several foot stance, towering over her, almost by 2 feet.
"Raith wishes to see au," He spoke relaying the request.
"Hann'yyo Rekkhai," T'Pranara replied as she pocketed her ISD and picked up her pace disappearing around the corner. She climbed into the nearest Turbo lift and ordered into the panel beside the door the destination.
As the doors to the lifted shifted open, T'Pranara immediately left
it's confines only to bump into Raith who was about to enter.
T'Pranara bowed slightly in submission, embarrassed for not being more
alert to where she was walking, "Jolan`tru, Rekkhai, erie`Arrain tr`Kuro noted that au wished to see me."
"Jolan`tru, Eredh, Yes I was checking though au records and found
that you had some experience in Operations."
Eredh T'Pranara nodded, "Ie, that I do." Wondering what the
Commanding Officer in front of her was thinking.
"I want au to relieve erie`Arrain tr'Shaleya- He is still in a coma and
Meira has not given me an estimate on when he shall be released. " Raith pauses sifting through his own ISD. "Report to the Oira and check on Ops during au next duty rotation. Please excuse me, I am retiring for the night."
T'Pranara nodded in acknowledgment as she watched tr'Raith step into the turbo lift and disappear. Her attention was then momentarily distracted by a hamster running around on the floor which caused her to raise a brow while deciding to make her way to the Oira.
[Deck 2, Oira]
As she walked onto the Oira, she noticed the bridge was almost empty
of upright life when she wondered over to the Ops station. She gripped
either side of lcars control panel, leaning on it, smiling. She studied
the interface for few minutes before running her fingers across it
feeling the surface with her hand. T'Pranara grinned inwardly to herself, feeling much at home.
T'Pranara lifted her weight from the station and stood up straight,
before inputting a round of computer subroutines which caused the
station to chirp with acceptance. She took out her ISD from her uniform and analyzed the data that she received while taking notes. She had initiated a level 4 diagnostic of the Ships systems, including sub systems.
While she waited for the computer to finish, she directed her attention
to the ISD within her hand, checking on some medical records on the two
patients she saw today. She was half way though reading the records of
the second patient when the operations display beeped at her. The
diagnostic showed some minor discrepancies in the tactical display though the bridge systems were nominal. Transporters were nominal. Various Engineering systems still needed work, which she already knew but that wasn't what she was looking for.
On seeing a chair situated at the empty science station she walked over
to grab it to use for herself at the Ops display. T'Pranara sifted
through the data more closely. As an exobiologist by nature of her first profession she knew the nature of many species including rodents, the fact their digesting tracts could digest almost any substance and the fact they were known to carry diseases which she knew could pose a threat to the ships computer circuitry.
T'Pranara was searching for discrepancies in the computer relays,
Anything that appeared as a power fluctuation. She had sat at the display for almost an hour, part of which she created a search subroutine to find any discrepancies for her. And she continued to wait for the computer to beep back at her with the information.
Within minutes the computer beeped at her, while the data scrolled down
The screen, "+taps+ Ops to Eredh tr`Remi, there are some power fluctuations on decks 5, 6 and on deck 3, Readings show there are two bio neural gel packs not functioning, as are some circuitry and isolinier chips showing discrepancies of that of being chewed....."
