Farein Tr`Remi leans calmly against the warp core. He whistles and taps his foot to the beat and occasionally looks at his watch. Engineering is pact with crew running diagnostics and other sorted and sundry tasks.
Tr'Remi continues to tap his foot .
He is getting impatient. He opens the jefries tube leading into the access panel of the warp core. He licks his lips in anticipation *Ding* <- computer "warp core diagnostic complete">>
"Thank God", said Tr`Remi as he removes a tray of brownies, removes a piece and eats greedily.
Just as he removes the tray the main door to engineering opens and Tr`Raith enters with an inspection team.
Tr`Remi drops the tray on the table and comes to attention.
Tr`Raith>Ranger what are the results of your diagnostic.
Tr`Remi>Very tasty sir...I mean the cores seems to be functioning perfectly.
Tr`Raith>Ferein we are running a tight ship and we do have to use what we've got , but we do have replicators.
Tr`Remi>Standard issue is unacceptable sir. They are much more light and fluffy the old fashioned way.
Tr`Raith>:: walks toward the table raises his eyebrow and takes a bite.:: Quite right.

Tr`Remi>No!! Well, yes but its more of a quiche really.
