[Kalen]
Meira went over some of the medical records of the crew. She had
talked to t`Kuro and figured he was na as bad as she had recently
thought. Besides, her AMO and he looked like they had an affection for
each other. She was still worried about her Aunt. They were close to reaching where the Kalen would be contacting General Tomalak, and she had come close to "bugging" something of her Aunt's so that she could find out what she and Tomalak would be discussing.
"Meira...?" t`Pranara called to Meira who was off in her own little
world.
"Hmm?" she said, looking up and seeing t`Pranara standing there.
"I was asking about something on this ISD..." she replied as Meira
nodded, looking at it.
"Ah...the inventory...I will need au to try and se-" Meira started just
as she and t`Pranara were thrown off their feet and the light
flickered. Both women got to their feet.
+com+ " Oira to Medbay! Medical emergency on the Oira!!" she heard
Raith's voice over the com. Meira blinked, feeling sudden pain flood
over her, making her grab onto the bed.
{{Ruanik?}} Meira whispered, blinking. She felt nothing from him and
looked at her AMO trying to fight down her panic.
"Get a bed ready..and also ready surgery!" Meira yelled as she grabbed
a kit and had a couple of the med staff join her. She sprinted out of
medbay and to the lift, the Med officers following. She reached out to
Ruanik and still felt...nothing.

lift.

Running out of the lift, Meira quickly looked around and spotted
Ruanik sprawled on his stomach, one arm stretched out behind him,
positioned wrong. She bent down next to him, carefully placing him on
his back and frowned. Meira scanned him and looked up at Raith.
"I need to get him back to the Medbay...His body is in shock..." Raith
nodded as Ruanik and Meira teleported off the oira.

The nurse had moved Ruanik onto the bed carefully as Meira checked the
console over his body. His signs were faint, and even though she had
fixed his injuries, he had still not gained consciousness. She sighed
and rubbed her eyes.
