SRR AylhrChapter Ten: tr`Rok's Idea
[SRR Aylhr, Rihannsu Neutral Zone]

As tr`Rok heard Jarok give a dev siuren warning of their imminent rendezvous with the Sentaire, he scanned the area to analyse the strategic implications of their position.

tr`Rok looked up as the Leih of the Sentaire appeared on the view screen to speak with Conn'Hae. The report on the t`Rakla was vague, only that the ship had not changed position in sometime and that this EnArrain thought the people who stole the ship and killed 5000 rihan in the process were too stupid to understand the technology of the vessel. A small grin pulled at the side of Thuryn's mouth as he thought, "What a fool!"

"Mnekha, EnArrain. Au will receive instructions from my Hddael'Ifvehhr'Saehne to form up on our flank. When we move off, we will be going in fast and deadly. Au will await further orders."

As he heard this order tr`Rok complied and placed the foolish leih and his vessel at the rear of the current flight pattern to ensure that the man's obvious cutting edge tactical ability was in the most appropriate place. It would not be too soon he thought till the Tal'Shiar agent on that ship would be standing over one very ineffectual and dead Leih. He had noted the gleam of 'soon' in the eyes of the political officer when he was on the view screen earlier.

Arrain tr'Rok didn't need instruction to form a battleplan in his head. If the t'Rakla remained without its vital systems then the whole mission would be over before it had begun, a swift and deadly retribution for the massacre at Koahht Versailles. But then he was still ready to err on the side of caution, his long years of experience tell him that more than once ships had merely played dead only to turn on an unprepared starship and destroy it. Thuryn chuckled to himself, Areinnye, he'd even done it himself back in his Agency days.

But why remain in the Lloann'su side of the border??? Knowing he did not trust these wort-a made this even more of a suspicious point to investigate. Thuryn scanned the local sectors on both sides of the zone. There were five locations where squadrons of ships could be concealed from sensors behind planets and in stellar phenomena. There were no indications of cloaking signatures, suddenly vanishing warp signatures or impulse drive ionisation trails.

Slowly Thuryn put together a plan, a small cloaked vessel alone, might get close enough without detection to put 'it' aboard the t`Rakla. He reviewed the squadron's flight manifests, and suddenly a glint appeared in his eyes. Fingers flashing across the console he downloads a scenario to the ISD beside him and crosses to the Leih.

"Rekkhai reh believe reh have a delivery method for 'the package'!" He looks in the direction of the Ready Room door, and holds the ISD in front of the Leih's eyes.
