One thing that all graphic and web site designers like to do is to give credit where credit is due.  I always try to give credit to those that either offer their graphics to be made into sets or for any other graphics that I use.  It is a privledge to be able to use these graphics to make sets with.

I put this disclaimer here because of my personal beliefs and because many people have created graphics (myself included) and I do try to acknowledge and give credit where credit is due.

All the sets here are copyrighted and made by me.

The graphics that are used here were from a variety of sources.

1) Some came from public domain (Sets made from pictures by the Old Masters),

2) Artist's Sets. I do have the some artists's permission to use their graphics in sets providing I adhere to their instructions, which I have done. The graphics of the sets by the great artists on the web are copyrighted by the ARTIST ONLY. Only the sets are copyrighted by me. The artists maintain the sole ownership and copyrights of their graphics. They are used here with their permission.

3) Some from the many graphic programs I've bought

4) Some I have scanned from pictures and cards I've received or cards I bought,

5) Some are from old magazines

6) Some I've just played with in Paint Shop Pro and made myself.

7) Some are from tube sites and I've lost all the url's and links when my hard drive had to be replaced. If you see a tube here that you have made, please contact me immediately and I will acknowledge you as the graphic artist.

8) Some from the web but to the best of my knowledge nothing except the artist sets that I display are copyrighted graphics.

Many people offer their graphics for free and only ask for a link back to our sites (a great deal, right?).

I am not an artist nor can I draw. I wish I could as so many graphic designers fear "Copyright Laws".
Hopefully in the near future, all of the creations here will be original and solely mine entirely. I have not put up all of my entire background sets as they are too large for my server. If you see a background set you like, and would like it personalized, email me and I'll do it as soon as possible. Thanks!!

If you visit the artist's site that I have permission to use their graphics and see a graphic you would like into a set, please contact me and I'll see if I have made it already or if not, will make it.

Sometimes knowing to give credit to someone else's work is impossible though.

For me, I have two reasons:
1) I collected graphics for my first two years and never kept a record of them as I had no idea of how to create a web site anyway and never thought I would.

2) When I started to keep records and sources of where I acquired the graphics, my computer crashed and I lost all of my records when my hard drive had to be reformatted.

I wish to make it perfectly clear that I do not steal graphics. If an original graphic of yours is found on this site, please notify me via e-mail and I will immediately give you credit or remove it. Please be sure that you created the graphic yourself.

If you see anything here that is copyrighted, please notify me and I will either remove it or give you the credit. I have tried to give credit to those who's sites I have acquired things from but with CFS - I may have forgotten many, so please don't think I am stealing graphics, but understand that due to a lack of memory with CFS, I may have forgotten where I acquired the graphic or poem, so I'd appreciate a nice e-mail rather than a flaming one. THANKS!!

The only thing on this site I claim as mine is the sets I've made.
There are a few graphics that are copyrighted and I have received permission from the artists to use them on my site.
