• A Unicode version Jkide32u.exe built with xHarbour 1.1.0 (1/11/07) and enhanced FWH2.4 with additional Unicode kernel library, without using any library from FiveTech is also available for download.

Try menuitem "View" - "Language" to change the display language, and try to enter some non-English words into the GETS.
ANSI programs such as FWH only allows you to enter English plus ONE other non-Unicode language such as Traditional Chinese by settings in the Regional and Language Options under Control Panel, or by using AppLocale, or by using an OS of the same language.
But you can only use ONE non-Unicode language at a time.
eg. You cannot use Traditional and Simplified Chinese together.
You cannot use more than ONE non-Unicode language on each computer unless you have the MUI ( available on Vista Ultimate ) installed, in which case you still have to use different login names to use different languages, still ONE at a time.
UNICODE programs can be run on computers with OS of another language and more than one language can be used at the same time.
eg, You can enter and display Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, German and others all in one GET.
Furthermore, a lot of symbols can be used by Unicode programs.

Enhanced Preview with better WYSIWYG, Zoom keys + and - , optional Ruler, and Dragging.

New DATA lEmf and l32 added to TPrinter Class for using EMF and CreateDC32.

Two Optional clauses EMF and DC32 are added to JPrint.ch to replace Print.ch.

Backward compatibility using WMF and 16bit CreateDC without specifying EMF and DC32.

Method ImportWMF( cFile, lPlaceable, nX, nY, nXScale, nYScale) with additional parameters can be used to import WMF, EMF or Aldus Placeable WMF when using EMF.

Dialog is used instead of Window for Preview without using SysWait() so as to reduce CPU usage.

When using EMF, previews can be saved as EMF files for later use with either ImportWMF using FiveWin or using other applications.

You also need to download JKRC32.DLL from below if you want to use 32 bit print and preview engine for newer printers.
